Visited for the first time today. My granddaughter loved it. Very clean with several fun attractions. We will go back for sure. There are tables where you can feed your kid snacks or lunch, depending on how long you stay. Remember to wear or bring socks, all of you! No shoes or bare feet. Wish I had gotten the monitor/salesclerk’s name, she was extremely helpful and attentive… a great employee! 11÷17÷15

My 4 year old child was so excited when we stumbled upon this place at the mall and I agreed to let him play. Unfortunately, he left in tears… bawling his eyes out… because the staff told my 4 year old he couldn’t play with the other kids because he happens to be tall for his age. Yes, my son was a tad over their 48″ height requirement. And while I understand guidelines meant to keep young kids safe from rambunctious 10 year olds, my son is a FOUR YEAR old preschooler and common sense should have prevailed. There was nothing in the place that would have been unsafe for my child or any other child because he’s a bit tall.
I was sincerely disappointed that they were ok with a 4 year old bawling his eyes. The staff was cold, uncaring and completely unreasonable. They need to rewrite their policies so they are age/​devolopmentally appropriate and not discriminatory against kids that are are tall.

As of this review, my kids are 1 and 5, both have a blast!
While this location is smaller than the Schaumburg site, it doesn’t mean it’s less fun!
I really appreciate that the staff here is always making sure that the area is clean as well as the bathroom upkeep.
I’ll be sad once my kids outgrow this place. We have tons of smiles and happy memories here!

This place is fantastic! So clean, and the staff is great! They continuously made sure the play area was clean and picked up, and had no issue stepping in when a child was breaking the rules and their parents didn’t bother to pay attention. The two year old that I nanny LOVED this place. She didn’t want to leave! This isn’t as big as the Woodfield location, BUT it is cleaner, has brighter lighting, and way better staff! I also liked that everything at this location is floor level, unlike the other location. This makes it a lot easier to keep an eye on the littles ones, and wasn’t nearly as chaotic. I can’t wait to bring the kids I nanny for back to this location, and you can’t beat how cheap it is!

My 2 year old daughter didn’t want to leave! She loved playing with the huge balloons that were being blown around by fans, and jumping in the bouncy area. I loved that the entire floor of the playplace was padded. I wish they had a Yu Kids Island a little closer to my house!
