Again, take your car here at your own peril. 2 weeks and 500 miles after my last revew, the driver side brake is now squealing and completely worn. The other 3 brake pads still had more than 6 mm left on them. All brake-pads were last replaced together and at previous oil changes(at a Honda dealership) had identical wear. Why then is only one of them now completely worn out? Ironically, they claimed to have inspected my brakes just 3 weeks ago. How did they then miss a worn out brake on inspection. They either lied or maliciously replaced one of my brakes with a worn out one. I lean towards the latter. This is the 3rd time, my car has developed a brand new problem right after leaving this store. Avoid this place if you can.

Really nice staff but horrible service. Brought my car in for minor things and walked out with an oil change and tune up for $ 270. Tires were not rotated, air conditioner still broken, no new wipers. The staff was very apologetic but they had the car for 8 hours…

Bill is incredibly kind and professional. Being a woman it is hard for me to find someone I trust and will give it to me straight, and Bill does just that, while being understanding and compassionate. Love love love this place!

The Malfunction Indicator Lamp started flashing and the engine began shuddering while driving by on 84. We pulled over a few miles away and started calling local repair shops and dealers to see who could fix our ’03VW Jetta. Without fail, all told us to bring it in, they’d look on Monday. We were still 2.5 hours from home, so staying through Monday to fix our car wasn’t an option. Charles answered at Monro and after listening to me describe the problem, he told me it was probably a failed coil pack, that a lot of Jettas have the issue, and that they could take care of it today. We asked if we needed to get a tow in and he told us that we could drive it in, just to do so slowly and with hazards on and there shouldn’t be an issue. He was right on all accounts. We arrived at Monro and they were fast, courteous, and accommodating. They didn’t mind us bringing our 9 week old puppy into the waiting area(as opposed to having us wait outside with him), kept us informed of what they were finding as they went over the car, and had us out of there within an hour of arriving. They run a professional shop and take care of the customers, what more can you ask for?
