They offer«online ordering» yet then say they never received the order once you arrive to pick it up half an hour later(even after receiving a confirmation email). I thought I would give them a shot as they are closer than my usual restaurant that I order from, however; after reading mixed reviews about the quality of the food it seems this place is just a waste of time. We will not be back.

If you are driving by this place and think, «this place looks like a dump» that’s because it is. We went to lunch on a Sunday and were pretty disappointed. It must be worse in the daylight, but the floors were filthy, the booths ripped, menus were stained, and the ceiling falling apart. We tried a few sushi rolls and were very underwhelmed, so decided to only try cooked food. While the food was fine, I couldn’t get over the fact I had to show away flies the entire meal. The only upside? It was cheap! Got what we paid for — will most definitely not be back.

Let start with saying that my family has dined here a few times. Appears that customer service and food quality has declined each. Tonight experience was horrible. We ordered appetizers but it took forever to receive them. The raw tuna was stringy and not of high quality. Sitting at the habachi table we noticed the silicone caulking in the seams of the table had shrunk leaving a nice gap for all the old food that got trapped there. Pretty nasty looking at various stages of decaying rice. I requested no garlic due to an allergic reaction, so the entire table didn’t receive garlic. According to my friends and strangers the food has no flavor without the garlic. The bathroom is dark and gloomy although the sink was pretty. Unfortunately, it doesn’t drain well, so you will get wet if there are multiple people in a row washing their hands. They offer coupons through various outlets(local , clipper magazine) but they refuse to accept them. They always have some type of excuse from needing a coupon code that wasn’t printed on the coupon or using the language barrier as an excuse. Three strikes and your out! I will NEVER eat here again and I would suggest that you don’t either!

Tried OKI for the first time on Thursday night. We wanted to go for hibachi. We waited a bit to be seated and then asked about being seated in the hibachi area and were told we couldn’t do traditional hibachi because there was a party going on. So we sat on the other side and ordered hibachi meals. That seemed strange cuz usually they sit you at another hibachi grill if one is a party. The food was delicious, and the portions were perfect! I had the steak hibachi and my date had the chicken hibachi and both were tasty. Parking is ample. The party in the hibachi area seemed to have a good time so it appears they put on a good show! The atmosphere was a little dingy and could use some updating. The staff was professional and nice. Everything was cooked and out pretty quickly. Enjoyable evening.

Mediocre meal. Upset that our 2 $ 14.00 sushi rolls came out after I was FINISHED with our hibachi meal. I had to find the waitress to ask about them. When I told her never mind we don’t want them, she said it’s too late. They were being plated. This was 40 minutes after ordering them. Her excuse? The sushi bar was busy. So we spent $ 28 on sushi we were too full to eat.

I just did take out, it it was exelent. The house speciality fried rice was really great. The sushi was fresh and balance of ingredients was good. Definitely is our go-to place for Asian food on the area.

We went for dinner on a Friday night, took several minutes for the hostess to even acknowledge our presence. My boyfriend had the chicken with Thai peanut sauce which was delicious! However, they need to work on their service and management. I waited for half an hour after his meal was brought out for my meal to be served– a sushi/sashimi platter. Very inconvenient. Then when my sashimi was brought out, parts of the salmon was frozen. I asked for some salmon that wasn’t frozen and the replacement was the exact same. They didn’t understand why I was upset. We used an entertainment book coupon for buy one get one free entrée. I won’t return here for full price.

It was great! My boyfriend and I got the sushi dinner for two and were not disappointed. The sushi is fresh and well made for a very reasonable price. The staff is helpful and nice, which is a plus, and the cocktail menu had some fun drinks. All in all, we had a great time!

The food here is really great. Great sushi for sure. However, the service and management is very much lacking. The first time we ate in the restaurant the waitress took a half hour to come and say hi and get us waters. The hostesses are not friendly and you feel like more of a hassle to them. There doesn’t seem to be anyone managing the place and keeping everything running smoothly. Yes, it was on 1⁄19 around 7pm

We had a great time. Awesome fresh tasting sushi and everyone was very accommodating and friendly and even put together an irresistible treat for us. This was second but not the last visit here. Will definitely make the trip and be back again.

We came here thanks to Groupon and are happy to say we loved it! The restaurant had nice décor and ambience and everyone from the hosts to the waitress to the Hibachi chefs were very courteous. We were quite impressed with the portions, which included whatever main meat or vegetable you want, plus soup, salad, fried rice, noodles, vegetables and a shrimp appetizer. I didn’t find that the food had a TON of flavor in comparison to my usual favorite chain Hibachi restaurant(Benihana), but the noodles were quite good and the salmon and scallops and shrimp. We also tried the spicy tuna roll which had a good amount of spice and I liked that they had a think layer of rice around the roll(great for if youre trying to be «healthy»). We had the complimentary green tea, which went well with the green tea ice cream ;)

Intended to go to Reins but the line was out the door. Good for us– had an outstanding luck at Oki! Tom yum soup was delish– my first time having this. I wanted something light after a season of overindulgence. Totally delivered. Veggies, scallops and shrimp in a broth that makes this soup a Tom Yum soup(a did a quick search before I ordered). Husband had hibachi shrimp(after reading good reviews on the hibachi). It was so good. The shrimp in both dishes was excellent quality). The hibachi dish came with fresh veggies and a mound of fried rice.2 sauces as well. And they gave us a Christmas present with our check. Very sweet.

So I was really skeptical of Oki at first, the outside seemed a little run down and after eating Sakura I just figured it wouldn’t be as good. Well, boy was I wrong. The hibachi menu was reasonably priced, I got the shrimp and scallops while my boyfriend got the steak and scallops. First off, the entrees come with both rice and noodles(something you’re typically charged extra for) which I was not expecting and the waitress brought us over a free tiny carafe of warm saki on the house which was delicious. Then our chef was super friendly, and even did some hibachi tricks neither of us had seen before. Definitely a good place for hibachi!

Arrived here very late and the place was completely empty. Nevertheless we were greeted with a smile and assured it was not too late for dinner(10:30 on a week day) We really appreciated the flexibility. Our server was very nice, and the food was surprisingly good. I travel around this area a lot for work and will definitely keep this place in mind for future dinners.

I was in Manchester looking for a local restaurant on Groupon after a long day of shopping. I came across OKI Asian Bistro. When we drove into the parking lot it looked a little run down and didn’t know what to expect. We decided to give it a try and we were very impressed with the services. We were given complimentary sushi and two drinks. The quality of the food was very good and tasted fresh. The staff was very attentive at all times. Definitely recommend this restaurant. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Thank you for the amazing food =)

My family and I came here to dinner thinking the food and service would be as great as the first time 3 months ago. Our server(Asian female) was not attentive, we had to keep asking for our beverages and all we got was a nasty look. She didn’t check up on us — ask if we needed anything or if we wanted our check. We felt like we were sitting in a lecture hall — some of the patrons(specifically two blondes) were talking very loudly like they were the only ones there and we were either forced to listen to their drama or not dine there. We ordered the following: (1) Tuna Tataki, which consisted of thinly sliced seared tuna served with ponzu sauce. *There was no mentioning of Tuna Tataki being spicy. It was so hot that we had to get one plainly seared and noticed that the ponzu sauce was orange flavored. (2) Tempura California Roll *The Tempura California Roll wasn’t deep fried or served warm like the last time. It was just wrapped in tempura batter and served cool. (3) Basil Noodles, which consisted of egg noodles sautéed with Thai fresh Basil and Vegetable. *This was probably our favorite dish of the night as it’s consistently good every time. (4) Sashimi Deluxe *The presentation of the Sashimi Deluxe improved — it was nicely decorated in a bowl on blue colored ice. The fish was not as fresh as the previous time. Some of the fish was really fishy.

My family and I frequent Oki so I should have written this review sooner. We love Hibachi, more for the food than for the show. In fact, when you regularly visit these places the show gets old; but that’s OK. We wind up here more than other Hibachi restaurants because there’s always coupons(Groupon, Local Flavors, etc.). The place is very consistent, although not my favorite Hibachi place overall based solely on my subjective food preference(I just like other places better like Sakura — but much pricier). What I really like about Oki, however(in addition to coupons :)), is that they give you BOTH fried rice AND noodles at no extra costs even though the menu suggests otherwise. Most hibachi places charge extra for the noodles. Also, I find them very friendly and they often pass around free appetizers; most notably teriyaki chicken on a stick or edamame. They tend to be friendly and try hard. So, overall we have a hibachi restaurant that tries hard, gives extra and frequently offers coupons and a very good family dining experience. If you ever have a large group they have some decent group deals; liquor included as well!

Omg! Where to begin! Let’s just say I’ll never go back to sakura garden again. Food was delicious and very fairly priced. Habachi show was entertaining. We even got shots on the house. Way more bang for your buck than sakura garden. Will be back soon!
