What a shame — I’ve been a highly repetitive customer at the Oslo location and now I won’t be. Through a series of errors — one was my fault — my delivery order was not what I expected. When I called to give feedback to the manager — as the young lady who answered the phone was not helpful — I was turned over the to the General Manager of both locations. In so many words I was told he didn’t have time to speak to me because he was too busy. Too busy for someone who has — embarssingly enough — spent hundreds of dollars with them. I’ve asked for someone to call me on their contact form and we’ll see if someone calls me but I’m just not thinking that I will be back. It’s a shame for them because they’ve lost a customer/​dollars and a shame for me because of the convenience. Good luck to those when they are busy!

Love their All you can eat pizza, pasta and garlic knots! only $ 8.99 Sunday’s and Wednesday’s. I’m addicted to the knots, they’re the best! We get Excellent service from Brenda every time we go.

This big apple is always nice to come to. In my opinion they have the best wings in town. The food is great, always love the menu and how it changes with desserts and drinks. Not too expensive. I always come out with a good meal.

Best New York style pizza in Vero Beach. We also love their garlic knots and you have to try their lemon cake, delicious! I recommend you pick up your order instead of delivery. It can take them an hour to deliver. That’s the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. Really wish they would improve their delivery time.

We ordered a meatball sub with light sauce. We received a «sub» containing 2 small meatballs sliced in half and drowned in their «homemade» sauce. We also ordered the meat lasagna, which contained 12 layers of pasta, zero ricotta and meat — essentially a brick of pasta! Honestly, the food was tasteless and inedible. Friendly service, but I encourage anyone to avoid this establishment.

We spontaneously decided to take advantage of the Wednesday night all-​you-​can-​eat deal. There was one other occupied table, besides that; it was empty. We waited ten minutes for someone to take our drink order — water. Another 10 minutes goes by (no water yet) and we hear our waitress ask the two younger servers where they were, they came in giggling from the back, with their cell phones in hand. From there, one of the younger ones finally brought our water. No apology for the wait. Then took our food order. She then continued to text/​do whatever on her phone and laugh with the other young server at the register. The salad was warm and pizza seemed to be reheated from earlier — not fresh at all. Our server did not check in to see how we liked everything. After second slices of (reheated) pizza, we were done. After another 10 minutes (our server was no where to be seen), we asked for the check. Paid for our food and left. A server’s job is to make sure customers are taken care of, correct? Guess that’s not of importance here.
We’ve yet to have an issue at the Oslo location, we will go there from now on.

There is a chain of these stores around snf they do have some good priced specials on certain days like all you can eat or pizza deals.
I only had the pizza hete and to me it was average for my taste. I thought it didn’t have enough sauce which was bland and the crust was on the chewy side. Not that it was the worst pizza it was just ok. I will have to try the other items in the future.
When I called in the order to take out at 2pm in the afternoon I was put on hold. I waited for 4 mins hung up and called back. I think they forgot I was on hold. I was not impressed with my phone order.

Of course, consistently good lunch specials. Today I ordered the pizza, salad and drink. Delicious as always. Their salad was generous with dark olives, red onion, and I ordered the vinegrette dressing. Pepperoni pizza was perfect. Overall, two thumbs up.

We enjoyed a family dinner of pizza, garlic knots, calzone and anti pasta salad! The two pizzas were New York style with nice portions and served hot. The atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing.

Excellent pizza with fresh meats and veggies, very fast delivery. A great choice in Vero Beach.

Customer service sucks! We placed a lunch to go order, the items were messed up. We called to notify and the person who answered the phone already knew about the issue but the level of rudeness of the employee was beyond belief. If she worked at any other industry she would’ve been fired long ago. Our group orders out lunch several times a week: NEVER again from Big Apple.

Just ordered a Stromboli and chef salad. Both were amazing. Didn’t even realize I was getting garlic knots with the meal. Made a good dinner great. Have always been a fan of big apple, glad they’re still making terrific food.

Hubbie is addicted to their pizza… I like their sandwiches and calzones… very good stuff. When you don’t feel like cooking. this is the way to go. Oh and my favorite feature is you can order online and pay online. Ah modern convenience. gotta love that for the lazy folks like us hobbits.

For not holding back his opinion and showing it! makes me want to try his place, my hat is off to you, Scott! those who are miles away and have not eaten here should not knock his business just because he is using his freedom of speech!

I am writing to review the courageous, and spontaneous act of Scott Van Nuzer. He did what he felt and what he had every right to do.
The quality of the restaurant is not a function of the political gestures or preferences of the owner. Chick fil a is a fast food joint with good or bad food depending on one’s tastes. The regressive attitude of its president does not affect that.
Big Apple Pizza is by all I can determine and excellent pizza restaurant, and Scott’s magnanimous action only adds to its appeal.

Their lunch menu is at the right price, and their pizza is delicious. They’re also incredibly nice and efficient. I’d highly recommend dropping by for a quick, cheap, tasty meal.
It’s worth noting I’ve only had their pizza and salad thus far, so I can’t really vouch for the rest of their food. However, every time I’ve been in there, I see the lunch crowd with a huge array of food — pizzas, calzones, subs, you name it. And you know what? Nobody ever looks dissatisfied!
