dirty. dusty. this place needs some clorox and windex. no friendly greeting. it was my first and last time there. the man coughed in my face while doing my nails. He was rude. he didnt thank me. never again, the manicure was unven.

Came from NY and needed a quick manicure and pedicure. Stopped by Lilly’s due to the good ratings. Please if you get the middle age man, DO NOT. He had such an attitude and when I asked if he was tired? He said yes, what’s the problem? Now, a girl from NY doesn’t handle disrespect too well. Fortunately, the owner Lilly herself did my manicure and apologized for this man’s attitude and horrible customer service. Lilly very nice but the moment you go in and see the older man, you’ll know what I mean. Lilly if he’s your partner, brother, father do your business and customers a favor, let him go!!! The rest of the staff, very sweet!

My nails were left uneven, the polish on my toes was uneven, and polish was left on my skin. The girl who did my pedicure was absolutely rude, she saw me wipe the polish of my skin and did nothing. She didn’t say goodbye or thank you. I will never go back there!

Terrible service. I had a man who was both rude and quick. I gave him a $ 4.00 tip for a $ 12.00 manicure and he did not even say thank you. Plus he made me move in he middle of my manicure, which caused me to forget to put on my bracelet.
I called the shop and he claims he put the bracelet in my purse along with my nail polish. In fact, he had left the nail polish on the drying table after I specifically asked him to put it in my purse.
While I realize it is my fault fro forgetting to put it on, it says something about the people who work there or get manicures there that no one handed it in. It was a very valuable Hermes bracelet and had great sentimental value.

Couldn’t agree with you any more Christine! Elena you are a joke, Lilly runs the best/​affordable nail salon I have ever been to. I am a guy and I love to treat myself to a mani/​pedi every once in a while but it’s a little nerve wrecking to go to some nail salons and the workers stare at me without having anything to say. At Lilly’s the environment is so peaceful and the workers are super friendly. Best in Vero Beach hands down!

Elena G is so completely WRONG! You need to go back to the land of negativity, dingy & dirty New Jersey where you came from. Sounds like you were frazzled from Christmas & stressed that you were unable to find the rubber chicken you wanted to give your Aunt Nettie for Christmas. You come here and ramble on for paragraphs endlessly on Unilocal about your nails, are you kidding me?
I have been going to Lilly Nails for a long time, Lilly is a complete polished professional, This whole salon runs like a well oiled machine EVERY employee in this salon is extremely FRIENDLY, professional and will listen to your needs without rushing you. When you walk in, it feels like family, you will be greeted with a warm welcome. Lilly remembers everones name which is extremely impressive. The pedicures are HEAVENLY!
Lilly herself does my nails & has done many many times, I am amazed that they never ever lift, I can go for three weeks between fills, still NO lifting, and my nails grow fast, its absolutely incredible, she has the blend down to a science. Lilly pays close attention to detail, French Manicures always come out PERFECT. Lisa gives me color ideas, she will tell me honestly if my choice won’t look good which I appreciate.
I absolutely LOVE coming here and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I am constantly traveling around town and girls CONSTANTLY ask me who did my nails, I proudly say Lilly Nails.

Really a GREAT salon! The ladies working here’s very friendly, knowledgeable and really good at what they are doing! I loved their work — one of the best nail salons I’ve been to! Definitely the place to go to get pampered! Do the Super Spa-​pedicure — it’s not only worth the money but a bargain. :-)

WORST MANICURE EVER!
This is my first review as I normally never write the reviews. But I feel obligated to review this nail place after I got the ugliest manicure in my entire life
.Ok, so I came to Florida for Christmas and I had a nail emergency. I had my UV gel nails with red color gel on top done in New Jersey and while travelling I was handling my suitcase and I chipped one nail. There was no way I could wait till I get home to redo my nails so I had to find a local place. I looked at the reviews, and all 3 reviews for Lilly nails seemed to be very good. So I made an appointment. I was running a little late but I called in advance and asked if it’s ok to come 30 minutes later which I was told was OK. When I came I got the owner Lilly to do my nails. She told me that the nails were done very poorly and we had to redo the whole set and then she literally started ripping the gel from the chipped nail to prove the point, which was painful and totally unprofessional. She insisted that the rest of the nails will also chip because they were not done properly. Ok I had no choice but to agree because it was day before Christmas eve and I was not going to run around looking for another nail place. My husband who came with me asked her how long it was going to take to do it as he was going to go to some stores while I was there. She told me it would be 35 minutes which I told her there was no way she could manage the whole new set in 35 minutes. I have been having UV nails done for 15 years and I know how long it takes. And also I requested about the price and she said $ 35. After she drilled all the gel off my nails she took out the can of acrylic powder and started applying to my nails. I asked her what was she doing, and she told me it was gel powder just the same as UV gel. Common, I am not that stupid, I haven’t have acrylics done in 10 years, I haven’t even seen people doing them by us anymore as it’s not very healthy for you and it’s old fashioned technique. Now I realized how she was going to manage in 35 minutes as you don’t need to cure acrylic using extra time in UV lamp. So she slapped the acrylic powder on all the nails and before she was even done applying the powder her next appointment came in. She then told me to seat at another chair and somebody else was to finish the nails. So other technician had to shape and file the nails. At the end even no cream or cuticle oil was used. I had to request that to finish off the manicure. Absolutely horrible experience! If she couldn’t take me later she should have told me to come another time and now I am stuck with ugly acrylic nails which I am not sure can be filled by UV Gel here I NJ as nobody does acrylics here anymore. They look dull and very very ugly and they are all lifting on the edges. To see for yourself and decide if you want to use this nail place just look at my pictures. Oh, and when the time came to pay she told it’s $ 45, I couldn’t even believe it!

Why on earth would i bother to review it and spend my time writing all this if it wasn’t the truth, i am not a competitor, I don’t even leave in the area, so i have no interest in telling lies. I never got that kind of workmanship here in New Jersey. Actually there is no review needed, all you have to do is just look at the pictures of my nails.
And on an ending note, Christine T., you sound pretty negative considering you live in sunshine state. And, yes, I did find that rubber chicken, it was a big success. Who is aunt Nettie anyway??? Stick to the topic POOR WORKMANSHIP!

Had never been here before. 4 pedi chairs, 4 manicure stations. Small place but well layed out. Got the $ 30 mani/​pedi combo. The pedi was fine, not the best one ever (very basic). The mani was fine as well. I may try other salons in the area, but will likely come back here because they are so cheap.

Simply the best in Vero! Perfect French every time, always friendly and professional… easy in and out.
