McDonald’s

Very upset with the communication right now between drive through service and guest. My boyfriend ordered a double cheeseburger with NO ONIONS due to allergies, got home, took a bite of his burger with a mouthful of diced onions, spit it out, to see the sticker on his burger wrapper said «no pickles». Repeat back orders please, for the health safety of others.

Well, what can I say… it’s McDonald’s! lol

but, the drive-​thru isn’t always the fastest way to get your food though… they need to work on that!
Gotta love the $ 1 LARGE drinks! :)

This McDonald’s has gotten crazy busy after being rebuilt. The service was fast and friendly, the restaurant was clean and inviting. The food was McDonald’s.
I would suggest some form of device to define a line at the registers. It is very confusing having multiple lines plus all of the people waiting for food standing around.

I never been in the old store, but tried the refurbished store. It looked impressive and cute, but the food and service did not match! The service was poor and I wish some fast food workers could act like they liked their jobs. It makes it very unpleasant to have a mean looking face taking your order.
We visited on their grand re-​opening and you would think their sodas would be in order, but the sodas were flat and if I had known, I could of told them, but I shouldn’t always have to do their jobs. I have had much better McDonalds and I won’t be back. This is the worst of the three Vero McDonalds me and my family have tried.
I even drove by the previous day when all the big wig executives were doing the ribbon cutting ceremony. Too bad they didn’t improve the food and spent all the money on the interior!

This place recently was torn down and built again from the ground up. Prior to demolition this was the most horrible McDonald’s I’ve ever been in, in my entire life. The service was slow and very disorganized. I’ve waited 20 minutes for a sausage McMuffin. I’ve waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a ice cream cone. Awful awful times. I’ve been so angry at the slow lines that I’ve left and went back to work hungry.
I’ve only been to the new place once and it was much better.
It’s a McDonalds. The food is the same at all the others in the U.S. You either like it or you don’t.
