Went there because I took my phone in the pool on vacation. The salesman added stuff to my line I did not want. Then told me I was going to get $ 20 off per line because I was a long time customer of Verizon which did not happen. I had to call *611 and get everything straightened out. What a pain.

Our salesman Jay, was the best salesman I’ve ever had. So patient, laughed at our jokes and worked so hard to make us happy, if you go to this store, ask for Jay, he’s the best.

I had a bad battery issue while I was travelling, and visited this store with trepidation, but had a good experience. I had to wait a while for a tech, but that’s only because it’s so busy here — the sign-in system was working, and I was approached by an employee while I was waiting, to ensure that I was being taken care of. When I was seen by a tech, he was obviously knowledgeable about the phones — we chatted quite a bit about the many Droid Bionic delays, etc — and was able to get me a new battery very quickly.
