I was very skeptical at first just by the outside looks then i was surprised when i got in the room and had to remember Don’t judge a book by it’s cover, looks like most of the rooms have been renovated.
Stayed for work, queen dble, small refrigerator, microwave, even a toaster oven which is a nice touch. Room is quite large and very clean. They allow pets so maybe next time I will bring my dog if i am staying longer.
For the working class needing a home away from home this is by far one of the better hotels on the list.

Staff was very rude (Jazmin) gave me an attitude. The bed sheets where dirty and the room looked like it was not clean, it smelled horrible. Will not stay at this place, looks more like a Motel 6. Very rough on the outside too. Nothing like the advertised.

This is not the Ritz Carlton by far. But don’t believe all of the negative reviews. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept and the pool was sparkling clean. The rooms are spacious and they are being remodeled. The beds are a little bit uncomfortable but that’s what happens when you stay in a different bed than your own. And at $ 55 a night through
, you can’t beat the price.

VBIS is a little dated and seems to cater to longer-​term vacationers on a budget. It’s pretty far away from downtown. The staff were really nice (and helpful) and the room we had was spacious. The bed in our room felt cheap and it was hard to get a good night’s sleep on it. I don’t think we would have chosen to stay here if we weren’t dependent on this location for an event held nearby.
