SCAM SCAM SCAM I should have read these reviews first. Stupid me. No flowers for mom on mothers day. No answer when u call. I have disputed the charge with my bank and hopefully will get my money back. SCAM SCAM SCAM

FRAUD ALERT!!! FRAUD ALERT!
Don’t be fooled by this great website they have!
I spent 135.00 for funeral flowers that were not sent. They don’t answer phone when I called about 20 times on a Friday. I left messages all day, never returned calls. When I finally spoke to a woman, she told me the flowers were waiting to be delivered, and when I told her they are two hours late, SHE HUNG UP ON ME!
I called credit card co to alert them to this scam florist.
Call someone else to order flowers!

MY FIRST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH A MERCHANT ONLINE IN THE US.
I wish there was a way to give –ve rating. This business sucks. They don’t deliver on time in fact they don’t even deliver after taking the order and charging money.
They are fraudsters.
They never pick phone calls or respond to emails. I placed an order on their website to be delivered in Cummings, Georgia which never reached the recipient. Unfortunately it was my friend’s boy friend’s valentine’s day gift. DAMN! The delivery never reached the recipient and my account got charged. I called them so many times and every time I was redirected to a voice message system where I was asked to leave a detailed message and stay ready with my order number… I never heard back from anyone through a phone call and no one ever responded to my email.
SUPER FRUSTRATING…
Is there a way to mark them fraudsters or file a complaint against the so that they close their business? Based on the reviews looks like they have a habit of not delivering customer orders.
WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN AND MAKE SURE THAT NO ONE WHO I KNOW USES THEM…

What a disappointment. I placed two orders for flowers on Feb 13. The website said both have been delivered, however neither were delivered. I called their toll-​free number, but no one called back. Now I get a notice that my orders have been refunded. What a crock! Do not use this florist.

and I absolutely regret it! I live in California and was ordering a beautiful arrangement for my 85 year old grandmother in New Jersey for Mother’s Day. I ordered them on Saturday ⁵⁄₁₀ and paid extra for same day delivery so she could get them a day early. The flowers were NEVER delivered! My grandmother did not leave the house all weekend. She was so upset. I checked my email this morning and sure enough there was an email stating that «the status of my order had changed.» They refunded the $ 80 we paid without any kind of explanation. I have called at least a dozen times only to reach a recording that says that all representatives are busy. When prompted to leave a message, it says the mailbox is full. This place is terrible!

I ordered flowers last valentine’s day and they assured me that the flowers would get to her on the actual day. when they hadn’t arrived by 7:00, I called again and they said that they would make sure the driver got there soon. never came. flowers didn’t arrive until the next day. I called back and asked to be reimbursed, which would be the right thing to do. they said that they would reimburse me and come pick up the flowers. great customer service. I told them that the right thing to do would be to reimburse me and let me keep the flowers. after fighting with me, they said that they would reimburse me. never happened.

Horrible experience with this florist. I called to order a bouquet to pick up, but they changed locations and wanted me to come to their new location. When I hesitated because I am tight on time, he swore over and over that they had only moved ¾ mile. A quick google map showed that he was lying. I would never give them my business.
