Great service and I would HIGHLY recommend it over traditional storage units. Moving is a major hassle and pain but DriveUp Storage really helps simply the process. On our moving day, the friendly driver showed up with a storage pod in our house right on time. We loaded the boxes and furniture onto the pod and the driver drove it away to a remote secure location for storage. The process couldn’t be simpler. It is really convenient as I do not have to move the items in and out of truck twice on the same day into traditional storage space. Most importantly, the price can’t be beat. For the same price I could only rent a 5×10 in the traditional storage unit but with DriveUp storage I’m able to get enough space to store 2 bedroom worth of boxes and furniture. The service is amazing. Highly recommended!

One of the best customer service experiences I have had ever — this is my first review, so that says a lot.
I moved out of my apartment in NYC and needed to put my stuff in storage. Everyone knows how space is at a premium in NYC, including storage units. After reviewing several companies benefits for the costs, I went with DriveUp Storage and opted for the additional service of moving my boxes from the apartment into the truck. A few months later, I needed to move more stuff into the unit (6 medium sized boxes), but didn’t want to make the trip. They offered to receive it in if I shipped it, coordinated a drop off with keys at a location in the city, communicated the whole time (thanks Andy!!), and returned my keys. All without a hitch. Most definitely recommend!!!
Updating review — If you ever actually go to the storage unit in Verona, it is located in a residential neighborhood with a small storefront. There are other semi trailer businesses there, so just be mindful, best to go during the day. The facilities are outside, so make sure that your storage unit is packed tightly/​properly in the event (when) any little crawlers make their way in.

I strongly recommend DriveUp Storage.
I had to move from New York to Montréal but didn’t have the time to take care of my furnitures. My only option was to store them for about two months. From all the storage services available, they seemed my best option and I have absolutely no regrets with my choice:
1) the cheapest I found, 2) Very convenient (not having to load/​unload multiple times saves time and is safer if you’re worried of damage), 3) all the staff, including the driver, were very friendly, and 4) it’s very smart!
