Our 2 Great Danes had an excellent experience at Melody & Richards Kennels recently. Our dog sitter was unavailable the last week of our planned trip and we were very nervous about kenneling our dogs since they have been cared for by a dog sitter when we are away. The area the kennel is located is perfect for pets– beautiful grassy acres with a small lake nearby. They take the dogs out for long walks 4 times a day so they never had to use their kennel area to relieve themselves– which is a big reason why so many large dogs do not do well in kennels. Our dogs came home happy and healthy. I highly recommend the Kennels of St Francis — they put the animals first there.
