When we bought an old house in need of much repair, everyone warned us about contractors: they don’t show up on time, they don’t finish the work, etc. Martin Ziolkowski obviously didn’t read that memo. He was on time every time we called him, did great work, and is a pleasant individual. We called him in a panic once as we were heading out of town on vacation and a piece of siding was hanging off the second floor where we couldn’t reach it (in the middle of an icy cold January). Martin showed up with ladder in hand and took care of the job in minutes with no fuss. His prices are fair. He has given us good advice on home repair, home upkeep, and opportunities to upgrade our home (bathroom, etc.), and we respect his professional opinion. We expect to work with him in the future, and highly recommend him.
