We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We booked a room with 2 queen beds, and at first I wasn’t looking forward to a room on the second floor, but it turned out to be like a 2-floor condo with the other bed being upstairs in loft. There was a real fireplace and a full kitchen. The staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast did the trick. I’d definitely stay sgain.

Very comfortable spacious mini suite. Shower Kicks! Residential feeling surroundings with a great pool and plenty of towels. Excellent helpful staff, both front desk and housekeeping. We will be back since our youngest just started SUNY Binghamton and we live 3 hours away.

Probably should be three stars but I figure if you stay anywhere for three weeks you will probably find an issue or two… I own a sleeper sofa so I wasn’t expecting much but ur kids will probably enjoy the floor adults(see review«two guys one bed». The staff is nice and on an extended stay the dinners are hit and miss but free so suck it up and don’t complain… Breakfast is average but it would have been nice to be able to eat at 0530 instead of waiting until 0600 but I doubt there is much of a calling for this and the food was ready by 0600 never late… None the less I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here.

I decided to stay here as I was traveling into town from out of state for a night. First off, the price I got for the room was a great value especially with breakfast included. Room was very spacious and well kept, even had own kitchen. My only complaints are that the sofa was not comfortable, the bathroom needs some renovations, and the exterior stairs require repairs. Also had an issue connecting to the free wifi. I would however still book this hotel if I was in the area again.

Sorry Marriott, this property is not on my list for a return visit. The design of the facility is such that safety and security are an issue for me. Front desk was unfriendly and the breakfast offerings were not up to Marriott standards. Rooms are small for a Residence Inn. Based on my observations, this location may be a designated state housing support facility. In other words, low income temporary housing. Not a place for a business travelers to stay at all.

Was just thinking, im a big fan of this chain. Stayed once before at a residence inn in long beach, ca too. Highlights of this stay… comfy beds, great water pressure in showers, two floor suite so we could spread out, and 24⁄7 free tea/coffee in lobby. Its not fancy, but after 4 nights it feels like home.

Bit hard to find but it is located right next to the fox tv station next to a big shopping mall. Excellent rooms and great customer service. they recently remodeled the rooms, new carpets and wallpapers… etc. Staff were nice and professional helped me with my printing and faxes. will stay here again if I am back in the area for business. keep up the good work.

Always good service, clean rooms from Courtyard by Marriott. Not far from Cornell and downtown Ithaca.

Two guys one bed. Yup you heard me, two grown ass men in a single tiny queen bed. Thanks Residence Inn and Priceline, thank you for something that will haunt me for years and years to come. I’m not entirely sure why, but apparently this place is stuck in the 80s. The staff are rockin’ the silver-blue eye shadow and big, big 80s hair. The staff were nice enough, allowing me to move for a late checkout without having to pull out my Marriott rewards card thingamajig. The layout is kind of like a motel with little units that have 2 levels of rooms. Not that I planned on using them, but the pool and workout rooms were quite small, never the less they exist, which is a little bit of a surprise for a place like this. I was worried that this place would be the setting of a horror movie; two unsuspecting twenty-somthings in a room when a bunch of crazed psychopaths(including someone who works at the hotel) bust in and cut off our heads, but that didn’t happen… this time. Surprisingly the room was pretty spacious with a whole kitchen(complete with dishwasher), his and his closets, and a couch. Now you are probably thinking, «Hey Dan, why didn’t one of you just sleep on the couch?» Well ass, we just drove 6 hours to get here so neither of us were going to be the one to have an uncomfortable night on a tiny couch(plus I always roll off couches when I sleep on them. Aside from an awkward moment when our feet touched there was no harm, no foul(nothing a long bleach shower didn’t cure). Bottom Line: If you have to get off the road and sleep, do it here… just make sure you are comfortable with your sexuality and have some protection.
