Someone associated with this company also builds homes. I am not a newbie to home buying or buying new homes. But the quality of our new home is low. The experience with this company is so poor. We had about 5 days to look for homes. I would not buy one from this builder again. They have yet to honor the contract on the home purchase and it has been 2 months. They owe us money. But that is not the only reason I’m writing this review. Seriously when you buy a new home you shouldn’t find construction debris all over the yard, need to paint what they neglected, try to buff out the scratches in the hardwood floors, get the furnace fixed and installed correctly, fix the fans… etc. And we have to try to get an exterminator out to debug the place!
