My husband and I were in the market for a gently used car (we were a single vehicle household for too long!!). We searched EVERYWHERE!!! We went all over upstate NY whether it was online or actually driving out to the dealership to look at cars. Can we just talk for a second on why «the price is the price» these days at dealerships?! Why do they refuse to negotiate?! Annoying. Anyways… we found an ’08 VW Passat wagon on their website and drove to look at it. It was a great looking car, drove nice, had a lot of bells and whistles. I loved it. We both loved it. We went in, talked about it with Mike, made an offer, he made a counter, we met in the middle. Done deal within 5 minutes. Whaaaaat?! Easiest transaction! They even had a set of snow tires that came with the car that they gave us (no additional cost!).
If we could, we would buy cars from them everyday. They are so easy to work with and did I mention how nice they are? Seriously… they talked to us like we were friends and not just a sale. Hands down, best place to buy a car.
They are also a garage and they do a TON of business… specializing in imports. We will definitely be taking our car there for any work that it needs and if we are in the market again for a car… this is where we will be going. No question.

Great overall experience. I brought my wife’s 325i in for new struts and a bunch of other maintenance work. In addition to the struts the bushings on the supporting rods were replaced, brakes flushed, oil changed (full synthetic), spark plugs, snow tires mounted, general inspection, NY inspection and alignment. The total price was $ 1679 (about $ 850 in parts) which I thought was fair.
Scott and his crew are really professional and we will certainly be returning in the future.
