Beautiful location. Very well kept facilities. I was impressed by the facilities as they were not what I expected. Perfect spot for large gatherings with access to a lot of great outdoor recreation.

Moose Creek Ranch is beautiful, charming and amazing. My friends and I stayed at the house and absolutely loved it! The house sleeps 14 and is perfect for family reunions and friend getaways. There is a huge kitchen and dining area, two family rooms and plenty of space. It’s near the beautiful creek, so you can sit on the patio and enjoy listening to the water and sounds of nature. We loved exploring the property and how it was so close to Victor and Jackson. We loved how quiet and serene this area is. It provided a great and much-needed getaway. The manager, Jeannette, was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this area whether you want to stay in the house, the cabins or in the glamping tents. It is a great location and a clean, beautiful and fantastic property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Moose Creek Ranch for family reunion. The site is beautiful, the staff was attentive to our needs, and the house we stayed in was very nice. Our kids really enjoyed horseback riding through the trails and the open common spaces to play. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Moose Creek Ranch is a beautiful, quiet place to enjoy the snow. Moose and deer graze on the hillside. Cross country ski and snowshoe trails begin right at the front door. The Ranch is just 15 minutes from the Jackson pass summit and 30 minutes from the Jackson Hole Resort. Accommodations are a fraction of the price of rooms in the Village — with added privacy. Jeanette is a gracious host and will make sure you have everything you need to make the best of your visit.

Since a friend was getting married at the ranch, staying at the ranch was the most reasonable proposition. It really only makes sense to stay on the ranch when attending an event here. There isn’t much privacy so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. The rendezvous cabins are definitely the cutest choice. The twin cabins are pretty basic. As are the glamping tents. We stayed in our own tent on the property for $ 25/night. They let us pitch up our tent in the glamping area. The camping area was okay. There was one site closer to the main lodge which had really uneven ground. We opted for the other site next to the creek with the horse crossing and though it was better it was still not level and rocky — and it was absolutely buzzing with flies and bugs. We pitched our tent and fled the area. We hardly spent any time in the tent during the weekend. There are so many nice communal areas it wasn’t really necessary. We spent most of our time hanging out in the common areas. The weather was super nice so we sat at the picnic tables, or on the porch swing. In the mornings we were in the main lodge which remains unlocked all the time. Inside the main lodge there are couches with a fireplace, pool table wifi, microwave and more bathrooms(no showers). There are also fire pits everywhere — next to the lodge, one for each glamping tent, one for each of the cabins. And they’ve stocked them with wood too. There are communal bathrooms near the parking lot with individual toilets and showers. Really clean and nice. The only ones using the bathrooms are the campers(including glampers) and the staff. I had the bathroom pretty much to myself the entire time I was there. Occasionally there were other people in there but not often. Our friends rented out the ranch house during our stay. Its good for a big group but the inside of the house is really gloomy — not much light. Wasn’t really conducive to hanging out when it was so nice outside. Conclusion: common areas are super nice but the lodging is just okay.

I had the pleasure of staying at Moose Creek Ranch during a recent family reunion. The grounds are beautiful with lots of grass, a stream and horses! Our cabin was clean and well stocked and the main rec hall was roomy with lots of seating, TV and a pool table. I recommend taking a horseback ride. The staff was great and very accommodating as we had 15 riders ranging from adults to a small child who was given his own ride! The area is beautiful and a stone’s throw from Jackson, WY. For a great family oriented place to stay, I highly recommend Moose Creek Ranch. They also have lots of space for weddings and special events.

Not closed. Very open. See web site 5 stars but not a 5 star hotel. Very friendly, comfortable, and affordable. Not fancy or luxurious. Almost like being at home. Everything is provided — linens, pots & pans, dishes. Stayed at the big house. Lots of room for a family reunion. Highly recommended. Not too far from Jackson(45 minutes) or Yellowstone(90 minutes). Hiking nearby. Microbrewery also close by in Victor! Lodge is a great place to hang out. Pool table, internet access, fireplace, card tables, etc. Outdoors are BBQ grills, a teepee, horseshoe pit, and more. All included! Owners are great, friendly, and accommodating.
