This store is somewhat hidden up on top of the hill opposite Eastview Mall, so it is easy to miss. They do a nice job of keeping it orderly but I would not say organized. There is a general idea of a layout with kitchen goods(i.e serve ware, glasses, etc) to the left side, of the store, candles in the back, and home furnishing and soft items(i.e. pillows, pillows, and more pillows) to the right, as you enter the store. But within that loose framework they really jam every nook and cranny with merchandise, which makes it hard to shop. Frequently they have only two or so folks working so they are at the registers which may make hard to get assistance. If you shop like me you know what you want, you just have to find it, seize it, pay for it, and go. Pier 1 is more suitable to those who enjoy browsing. They have lots of items that might make good gifts to give, rather than to receive, so that might just make them a good place for the holiday season.
