Rochester Linoleum and Carpet One

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We went with them because they guaranteed that they could install within 2 weeks. The guy that came out to measure even said it could possibly be days. Well that turned into quite the joke! They said the carpet we wanted was already ordered and there would be no issue getting it in time. Well a few days before the instalation date we call to check on it (since they had told us that was the latest date and they would probably be able to install sooner) so the lady moves up our install date saying they have the carpet. Then the day before saying they don’t actually have the carpet and it would be a week later than we were gaurenteed. Needless to say the install date got pushed back 3 more times after that. We spoke with the manager who was worthless and not at all helpful and would ignore and dodge our calls. Finally got a response as to an install date by txting him because he wouldn’t talk to us anymore. Kept calling and going into the store and finally spoke to the owner who was nice but still refused to give any discount or anything else. All they offered was to give us a discount on a future purchase HA like we would ever use them again! Finally got carpet installed 3 weeks after it was gaurenteed and that night I am checking it all out and there is a dent in the new wall and scratches in the new paint (we finished our basement). At this point we have the owners business card so we email him pictures and he has yet to respond to our emails. Awful customer service AWFUL COMPANY!!!
