I’m a huge Tim Hortons fan, and they typically have very fast service. However, I just waited 30 minutes in line watching 4 staff members slowly walk back and forth behind the counter, yawning while they went. There was a solid ten minutes where nobody was even at the cash and when he came back we asked if there was a second cashier as the line was growing increasingly long and we were snapped back at from another staff member. Finally once I got up to the cashier I was informed that the ice Capp machine wasn’t working(the only item on my list). Not worth waiting in line for and possibly the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

My parents and I ordered breakfast, and all three of our main items were burnt to some degree(see pics). We got three combos, one with a donut and two with hashbrowns. We only got one hashbrown, and the other was missing because they ran out. So instead of trying to replace our item, they just decided to skip over it and hoped we didn’t notice. Plus, the service was bad. The staff was rude and obviously did not want to be at work that morning. I heard some people from New York can be kinda rude sometimes, but this was unjustified. At least they didn’t screw up our plain, black coffees. This is a shameful American representation of the finest fast-food Canada has to offer

The coffee is good, however, the staff is extremely slow. I expected a 5 minute stop(or less) at an hour when things just should not be busy, in and out, but the two people working were not on their game and were unable to expedite service while others waited for their coffee and food. Others in front and behind me expressed disbelief at how slow things were moving. What should have been just a few minutes turned into a 15 minute stop.

Not bad for a gas station rest stop, but gluten-free options are obviously limited at this bakery stop. Their turkey chili is gluten free and a semi-healthy option while on the road. Just ask them to leave out the bread that comes with it. Tim Horton’s does have a gluten free list on their website for further reference.

how fucking hard is it to make and serve iced decaf coffee? –you make HOT decaf in the morning and let it chill. –then you pour it over ice when someone orders it –sell it and make buttloads of money on a 400% markup go back to canada, tim horton. you’re a fucking idiot.
