I can no longer continue to shop here. This store never has any stock, the employees are not helpful and there is always an issue when shopping there. Today I tried to purchase gift cards for nieces and nephews– after 30 minutes they told me the system was down and apparently no one in America was able to purchase a gift card. Real answer that I have experienced before– no one knows how to process the cards. I’m not a Wal– Mart hater –it is THIS store — I will go to Macedon or Canandaigua.

Like everything in the shopping plaza the store is relatively new, and looks nice(compared to the standard WM exterior) on the outside, but once inside it felt exactly like any other WalMart, it is not a superstore, due to its slightly smaller size, but it did have a grocery section. As this store sits at the end of the plaza which is off Route 96, and down a hill somewhat hidden by the embankment built for the exit from the thruway, this store seems somewhat hidden from the main road, in contrast to the usual WM locations which stand out and have a huge parking lot and sign. [Must have been a zoning restriction, when it was built?] The plus is that there is less foot and car traffic than other WMs in the area. So you can get in and out without too much hassle. I stopped here because the Kohl’s next door did not have what I was looking for, and was surprised and disappointed when WM did not either,(an alarm clock), or if they did, I couldn’t find it. I also could not find an associate out on the sales floor to ask if they had any. The two that I saw were with other customers. The place was clean and orderly, and not crowded. It felt, strangely vacant.
