Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received. I walked in the other night, and three employees were sitting and doing their makeup. They didn’t even look up at me. I walked around and realized they had remodeled, so I asked one where the Kat Von D line was displayed. She looked very annoyed and told me where it was before going back to her makeup. I looked where she directed me, and they had NO light skin tones of the KVD foundation. All the palettes were gone as well, and have been for at least a month. I walked back over to them, and they just chatted while I stood there for a stupidly awkward amount of time until one finally asks what I need. I asked if they’d get anymore of the foundation in stock and she just says. «We get a shipment in Friday, but I don’t know what’s in there.» and they go back to chatting. No offer to order it in, not further interaction. What the heck does it take to get decent service here? There are only two women in this store that are really nice(one being the manager I think? She’s nice) but most of the others… I don’t feel welcome in this store, nor do I feel inclined to spend my money there. I’d rather buy some lame drug store foundation from Walmart than risk this again.

This store just cant get it together. Rude workers who do not put the customer first at all ! They never have anything in stock! I cant even use my reward points to redeem anything cause they dont have any of them in stock either! I drive the 2 hrs to san antonio and only shop at the Alamo Ranch location best service everytime ! More selection, clean store, great enviroment and awesome employees who work to serve you and your needs they always get it right. Sephora needs to go to Victoria and whip that place into shape. I will no longer spend my money at that location !

Things haven’t changed since the last review was made a few years ago by Rachel. I don’t understand why there were so many rude people working here just a weekend ago! My friend needed a new eyeliner and the employee directed us to the cheap Sephora makeup section without asking us what our budget was! I was very angered by this because she wanted to try out the Urban Decay($ 20 each) eyeliners that I personally use. I had to show her around the store and help her find products that she wanted because the employees were too busy chatting behind the counter while the only nice employee(out of the 3) helped other people that had arrived before us. I love makeup and this is the closest Sephora to me right now so I suppose I’ll order online or wait until I go to another Sephora in other cities.

In the way of finer makeup stores, this place takes one down a path better off untraveled. The saleswomen are more interested in chatting with one another than helping customers. You must force your way into their personal conversations to get assistance. Another interesting requirement of shoppers here — you have to know exactly what you need. No matter if you don’t know makeup or you need help with a specific skin problem — you’d better be able to direct the salespeople from start to finish, because they won’t be able to make suggestions. The women act like its a huge bother to try makeup on shoppers, too. All in all, terrible experience every time I’ve shopped here.(I’m a bareescentuals fan so it’s often.) Save your time and head to Dillard’s cosmetic counters.
