TAKE Unilocal REVIEWS SERIOUSLY! I wish I would have ! Aparently it’s not his first time ripping someone off. He came in and promised to take care of the termite problem I had he guaranteed they would be gone and if for some reason they came back he gave us a one year warrenty… It’s been 2 months and they are back I’ve called him for a week straight and no answer I finally called him from a different number and he answered and set a date to come an take care of the problem and he decided not to show up. Now he won’t answer or text us back. I have a friend and her 3 kids living there and I don’t feel it safe for them to be living in situations like that.

WARNING! DO NOT use this guy. It is a one man shop. He will tell you that he will return and provide additional treatments etc… He will also quote you excellent prices. We contacted him to eliminate the gophers that were destroying my yard. I thought OK lets help him out and transition all pest control to him. He quoted me a price on the phone after I described my property in detail and came out and then upped the price. He was extremely negative and lazy. I should of payed him for his trip and sent on his way. Instead I wrote him a$ 249 check which he cashed minutes after leaving my house.
After his so called treatment. The gophers appeared the very next day. After several calls he finally answered a couple of days later and said wait 2 weeks. I waited and called back once again many attempts before he answered the phone. Five weeks later and many promises to be on-​site he has not shown up. He never has the courtesy to call and say I will not make, I will be late, can I reschedule, etc. When he finally answered again he stated he was too busy and I replied he was not too busy to cash the check the same day. I asked to settle things by providing a refund and his response was «that can’t be done».
I want to warn anybody before they use this guy as you will be extremely frustrated and disappointed. This morning I tried to call as he said he would be here today and never confirmed the appointment yesterday after 3 calls I made trying to confirm. I called him again at 8:15 and apparently woke him up and he hung up. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY with this guy in my case I’m out $ 249 and tons of time.

First, someone actually answered the PHONE! Good start. Speaking with Bryan, he asked several pertinent questions, got background information, and outlined what his approach would be (after an inspection to ensure my information was accurate).
VERY affordable prices…
He gave me hi/​low estimate, which I liked because it gave me a solid sense that he was being realistic, rather than just tossing a number out there. And his price was WAY less than some other places (using the same stuff… Termidor).
AND… he offered to do the work the next day! So… first impressions were outstanding.
The only downside (my opinion) is that he does not accept credit card payment… Cash or check only.
I will post another review after he does the actual work.
Update after work performed:
Arrived on time. Went to work immediately. Finished promptly.
One word of advice… if you want any documentation, make sure you ask for it UP FRONT!
I was under the impression that any time product (termiticide) is used, a report showing what was used, where, etc… was required by the state. Bryan disagreed, and would have charged extra for a formal report.
Since I am the homeowner, and we are not selling, I didn’t worry about it. The price was excellent, so I let it go. Just keep in mind that if you want or need documentation (other than a simple handwritten receipt) make sure that is understood before the work!
