It wouldn’t be so bad if it weren’t for all of the ghetto people that enjoy congregating here. They truly ruined our experience. My son and niece were playing air hockey and a little boy just crawled on the table and refused to move. Where are his parents??? My niece asked him to get off and he just looked at her as snot ran down his face.
Kids go around asking for tokens. They would climb on rides that my son was on. The drink station is filthy. The bathrooms smell and are incredibly dirty. The food is blah. This place is terrible. Do not come here.

I’m only giving this place a star because I have to… We went for the new lunch buffet which was awful! They have two people working apparently because one girl was standing at the cash register and obviously someone was cooking the pizza. The buffet wasn’t stocked at all! There were about two slices for over an hour, and a bunch of people waiting for more. It’s better to just buy a large pizza that way you can at least take your left overs home. They don’t bring the mouse out during the week I guess. Most of the machines were out of service. Just a ghetto, dirty place…

Really disappointed in our recent visit with our son. This place is absolutely filthy. We were in the building a total of three hours and not once did any employee come around with a broom or attempt to clean up any of the garbage or food that was strewn across the floor.
All of the tables were covered in half-​eaten food and trash, and no one would come to clean them until a new customer was waiting for a table. The salad bar was gross and not once was wiped down or cleaned properly. Same for the beverage bar.
More than half of the games were broken and had little «sorry!» signs on them. Well that’s no joke. This place is sorry.
We’ll take our kids elsewhere from now on when they’ve earned a special treat.

DON’T DO IT!!! If I can give this place zero stars I would. It is soooo ghetto, dirty and very I mean very unorganized. Do not have you party here I beg you! We spent over 300 on an event that was just a disaster. I got the elite birthday package. We showed up and nothing was ready I had to put the kids plates out, Ask for their cups, I had to take a baby wipe to clean our table because it was so nasty! the place is straight out grouse. Never again.

Everything is broken, very expensive, under staffed… pizza is good though. Waited almost an hour for it and toppings were scarce. We’re charged an extra 2 dollars for a side, the size of 2 tablespoons, of pineapple. Same for jalapeños. So 57 $ for a pizza, tokens and 4 small drinks.

Food always hasn’t been their strong suite here. Always seems like a pain in the ass to get someone who applied for the job knowing there is a chance they would have to hop in the damn suit to put smiles on children’s faces to actually get their ass in a suit and come out to say hi to the kids. This place has become a killer of children’s dreams when it comes to the mouse. Only reason we come is because my second oldest son loves Chuck E but every time we come I gotta make some excuse why the MF in the mouse costume doesn’t seem happy to be around the kids or why he didn’t dance. Just gets old, if you want to make a business in the High Desert and make some real money build another Chuck E Cheese and hire people who care just even a little bit and it would put this place out of business. I am actually half tempted to get into this franchise when I retire from the Navy and put this crap hole out of business. Thanks for making a childhood for kids a little more disappointing.

The manager last night was horrendous to one of her customers. I overheard a woman asking for a fresh salad to be placed in the salad bar; however, the employee refused and did nothing. The salad actually did look old. I see another person complain about the same salad and it got replaced immediately! I then see the first woman get escorted out of the restaurant by the police. She hadn’t even made a scene. I was in shock. I was extremely busy with my son and his friends so it was too late for me to try to intervene. I felt horrible for the woman. I will never return here again.

I fully comprehend/​understand this is a Fun zone for all kids to let loose play n be a Kid! Its the ignorant selfish inconsiderate parents that make the experience coming here a bad one. If this place accepted EBT Ohh Lord we all be in trouble… First off the young staff was great they we doing there job well considering the crowds kids and rude Bossy parents. The only thing I thought was odd was paying for Meal deal/​tokens packages but yet no tables to sit down ?? They had several couples and parents standing waiting with no tables to sit incuding myself and daughter. Finally we had a chance to sit at a small table we were enjoying our Pizza/​drinks when I had a older man put his ass right to my Face while I ate, I gave him the benefit or the doubt he would move or realize? But No ! I politely asked him excuse me he got crazy/​mouthy then outta no where comes his loud family member (woman)angry chicken head causing Drama talking noise ! K whatever lady… Considering it being a busy Saturday evening super crowded Chuck e Cheese we still managed to have Father daughter fun time together here… Also noted Several fun Zones games down broken or take your coins. Next time we will try a visit during a week day and hopefully not be as bad …

Ordered BBQ flavored chicken wings but received chili flavored spicy wings. In formed server. However, they ended up putting on BBQ on top of chili — horrible taste. Normally a decent restaurant would provide a new set to fix its owner mistake. Will never come back! The Pizza also tastes horrible.

Not sure how anyone would bring their children here. Bathrooms smelled like an open cesspool, and everything is disgusting and dirty. I’ll never bring my kid back to this dump

By far the worst chuck E cheeses I’ve even been to. This is the first chuck e cheeses that I’ve been to that doesn’t have crushed peppers and Parmesan cheese. People must be stealing them from the tables.

The pizza used to be 10x better, this time it tasted like cardboard and had the same texture as cardboard. Definetly expensive, this will be an every once in a while treat

My kids love to come here and they love the games. They are always excited to see new games show up and it is nice that all the games are only one token.
Never leave the house before you print coupons or look them on your phone. They will accept them on your phone without you printing them. Sometimes people are in line and don’t have service so it takes awhile to get the coupons to load.
The food isn’t great but it is good enough to eat and kids like the pizza. It’s simple and that is what kids like.
I save the tickets sometimes so that my kids can save up for prizes. You can also buy the prizes if you want but that isn’t as fun.
The weekend is really busy and I try to avoid the weekends as much as possible.
I’ve had a birthday party here and it was a blast.

The Pizza is not what it once was. In fact it was NASTY. Chuck E Cheese came out and did a short lap then disappeared. Not to mention the crappy ticket payout for ticket games. 2 Thumbs down

Took my grand daughter there she is only four so of course she loved it. Dont eat there the pizza has to be the worst pizza i have ever had! I spit it out after a couple slices

So I decided to give this chucky a 4 star. The place was clean employees were nice. Food was Eeeeh what can u expect from them. Everything was ok. The only thing I do not like was that there r no games for older ppl or even for teens! Only for I’d say 8 yrs n younger. So my kids had a good time, but i didn’t get to play:/. Wished they had more arcades like other chili cheeses have.

This Is A Good Location Close To Home. The Games Are Only $ 1 CHEAP! :) I’ve Never Tried The Food There But The Soft Drinks Are A Tad Pricey… Some Children There Are RUDE To Others And If You Take Their Ticket Because They Didn’t See It Until They Walked Off, Then They Want An Attitude… Get Real!

Great Fantastic Pizza… The best in the world… Well that’s if you are a conosur of cardboard and chipboard with granulated plastic with a hint of catsup. :)

I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked the atmosphere and food in this kid’s wonderland!
The pizza was delicious. It delivered right to our table piping hot and didn’t taste bad. I really enjoyed the salad bar the most. It was clean, the ingrediants were fresh, and there were a lot of choices for toppings of salads. When I needed a new plate they would give me a clean one every time!
The place was very clean considering there was kids eating and playing everywhere. We also bought an internet special coupon and had a large pizza, two drinks, and 40 tokens for about 20 bucks. Since all the games only required 1 token, we had tokens left over at the end of the day.
Staff here weren’t too friendly, but since we didn’t see them that much, it was okay.
All in all my son had fun and it was a good way to kill some time up the high desert!

Decided to throw my sons 4 th birthday here. At first was stunned by the prices for reserving a table for two hours. But once we arrived prior to his bday time i was suprised to say a table set up with balloons etc etc even a chuckie figure balloon same size as my son. the host was amazing had all my food ordered and delivered. they gave him a big show .even brought out the big mouse to sing and have photos session with the birthday boy not to mention the ticket blaster were he snatched the big 1000 ticket. was the first but not the last i decide to throw a party here thank your crew
