Everyone at this location is great! I just read a review of a girl getting bent out of shape because they wouldn’t let her unlicensed self shop there. Last time I checked the huge sign as you walk In the door says licensed cosmetologist only :) some of us have earned the right to shop there because we put in the hours and money for Cosmo school! You can shop at Sally’s for your back yard beauty shop, no need to bash the workers

I’m still a student and the girls have always been super helpful and always so sweet! I wish I would have written down the girls name that helped me today, she went above and beyond for me. The location is a little hard to get into, but who cares? When you get friendly service the weird parking lot is worth dealing with!

I LOVE this place! Every time I go into the store I’m mostly greeted as we walk through the door… the staff is for the most part friendly, especially Elizabeth! I just love her! She’s always so friendly and so informative if I have any questions or concerns. I love that she’s honest about which colors will look best on certain people and which would not, she’s great about helping with color mixtures to achieve certain colors. She’s great. She’s always on top of her stuff there and if she says she will call you as soon as something comes in she keeps on it and calls to tell you even if she’s still waiting so that I know that she hasn’t forgotten about me and my order. I love coming here!
