Had a great experience with this company through my home warranty program. And this is after two horrible experiences with the first two vendors they chose. This company showed up on time, was very proactive, fair and professional. Mike was clearly experienced and knew what he was doing. He worked very hard and was clean and tidy. Highly recommend. His office staff was very friendly, polite and reliable.

We got Desert Cooling Systems through our home warranty company and I could not be happier with the service. The lady that works in the office is very friendly and prompt. Mike, the guy that came out to our place, was wonderful. We ended up getting a whole new AC unit. He gave me a time frame, called because he got it in early and did a fantastic job. He was always on time, friendly and cleaned up his whole mess (along with a little bit of mess that was already there :) They will be our AC people from now on. Great service, great people.
