Worst customer service ever! First of all they lost the file of one of our family members that is buried at the site and had us wait over an hour while they«located» it, which they never did. Then, I have called and left messages for people to call me back on two occasions with no phone call in return. When I call again to get a hold of someone, they have a horrible attitude. If you have a choice, choose somewhere else.

I have both positive and negative things to say about this place. First off, the staff is very unprofessional. We stopped in 2 hrs before the service &1 of the TVs to play the memorial photos was not working properly. We were told no promises were going to be made to us that they’d have it fixed before the service. For $ 7,000, and they couldn’t even make sure their equipment was working properly. She made it seem like we were inconveniencing HER. Once the service began I wanted to play the playlist I made for my grandma, only to find they had no aux cord as promised. Luckily I had my own, but then found out it needed another connecting piece to play the music. The service went almost a whole hour without any music. By that point, my whole family was frustrated. During an emotional time, its important to make sure the family is accommodated and everything runs as smooth as possible… However, my grandmother looked very beautiful. Her makeup was flawless and done exactly as she’d always done it herself. She looked 10 years younger and very at peace.

Would give 0 stars. DONOTUSETHEM. 2 months after my father passed STILL. no death certificate. constant run around. Dog ate my homework excuse TWICE. Postal service must hate them. Constantly loses their mail. Can’t get anyone who actually knows what’s going on there. To add insult to injury they were paid and then tried to bill me AGAIN! even though services were. not completed. PLEASEUSESOMEONEELSE. Your heartache will be doubled using these people

I have had both positive and negative experiences at Desert View. Unfortunately, at such an emotional time for me the negative outweighs the positive. They handled my grandfather’s arrangements beautifully. My grandmother recently passed away and Robin from Desert View completely dropped the ball on her arrangements. There was a full week when I didn’t hear anything regarding the arrangements. Then her apology was ridiculous. She never took responsibility or her actions. I’m happy that they were cremated and I never have to deal with desert view again, especially Robin. She should not be in the funeral business since she lacks compassion for the grieving families.

My father who passed away at 91 years old a P.O.W of WWII on February 6, 1012 and was cremated and placed together with my mother still has NO memorial placque on their site as of today, May 26. My family has had numerous conversations regarding this and it seems that NOONE seems to care. On their site they advertise Devotion and Dedication to those who have lost their loved ones. I’d like to know where this compassion is. There has been 3 important holidays… Mother’s Day… Memorial Day… Father’s Day that we will not be able to put put up any floral arrangements in the the celebration of their lives… this really saddens all of us. Please think twice before choosing this facility to honor your loved ones as once they get their money(which MUST pay in full up front) it is a shame to say, but you are no longer IMPORTANTTOTHEM.
