Not bad of a course. Some of the areas had horrible fairways but nothing necessarily to give it a bad review and for 20 a full 18 whole including cart. What more do you want.

What kind of golf course doesn’t have any golf carts at 10am in the morning. I assumed when new management took over, things would improve. There are enough golf courses in the High Desert to never have to play Green Tree. Severely disappointed. My nephew who was so excited to play was crushed

Well what can I say this place is extremely close to home and I love to golf. I really enjoyed this golf course under the old management, also they had great rates and awesome people skills.
About 2 weeks ago I went to golf at Green Tree golf course for the second time under new management. I met with the manager Mike and he was extremely rude. I asked him a question and he was very short with me and answered with an attitude. Even though this golf course is close to home I will drive those 15 miles to ashwood golf course and give them my money with a smile.

What positive comments can I make? It is not far from my home and the price is reasonable. That’s the ONLY reason I gave it 1 stars. I played there today (and numerous times over the years) and had to change carts 3 times. It seems they run on rechargeable batteries. Maybe somebody needs to change them once in a while. The tee boxes are a wrech. Overgrown areas mixed with unfilled divots and dead areas. The fairways are abysmal. Large areas marked off as groung under repair. Large areas of dead grass and for an interesting contrast other areas of soggy over watered swamps. Greenside the grass is dead and several spots are roped off. The greens are bumpy slow and poorly maintained. This golf course was once a good place to play but it has turned into a goat track. If you want to play golf in th he High Desert try Apple Valley Golf Course or Ashwood G.C. they are significantly better.
