Gridiron Pizza

The customer service is horrible. The girls are stuck up and trying to ask for anything is like pulling teeth! I can’t believe the attitudes on these girls! I tried asking for plates, the girl walked away and started talking to the other girl. I had to say excuse me about 5 times, & trust me I said it pretty loud and clear. Not only that, I was the only customer in there! Finally, a man came out from the back asking if I needed anything.
The managers/​owners really need to train their employees.
If it wasn’t for someone ordering ahead of time before I got there… I wouldn’t have given them my money.

We really enjoyed this place. Atmosphere was fun, the service was quick and the food tasted great. Not to mention the prices were great! Our favorite was the wings! We will be coming back for sure.

Visited the area this past week to take care of a traffic ticket. First real meal from a 6 hour drive-​changed my life! Top 3 pizzas I’ve had… completely shocked because of the area. Wish they’d open in the bay!

I will occasionally order from here when I’m not in the mood to cook.
My husband loves it because he would live off of pizza if I allowed him to (: «jk»… In case he reads this. lol (;
Great customer service and great food at a reasonable price!
Hopefully this never changes.

Perfect for a take out, this restaurant really delivers its promise of fresh ingredients. As a pizza lover, I appreciate the quantity of toppings along with quality. Right amount of grease. Anything you order from here would be beyond edible! Prepare to eat tons of slices

Pizza here is the BOMB… But twice I’ve came and had nowhere to sit… Not enough tables but excellent pizza…

They are one of the Hesperia Chamber Members and they are always willing to deliver wherever we need it. Fantastic food and wings. Love them.

Great pizza, and really good breadsticks. Customer service is a hit or miss. Seems like a few gentlemen have no skills with how to speak to a customer. The manager though, he is very nice.

Three stars because the pizza is absolutely amazing. The customer service is definitely lacking though. When I called to place my order the gentleman was completely unprofessional in the way he presented himself and the menu items. Seemed like he wasn’t properly trained in taking orders or customer service in general. A little too ‘hood’ in my opinion with all the times he called me bro and other slang he was using. I almost didn’t want to place my order but quickly changed my mind because the pizza is the best in the HD. The customer service wasn’t much better when I picked up my order either.

My husband and I have been coming here for a long time. Delicious pizza. Price are great too!

Good pizza for a great price. I got a large pizza with wings and a large drink for 12.99. Wow, the pizza and wings were pretty damn good.

Bad customer service from Esther this morning. Sitting area was locked up and close when I arrived at 11:30 with my friends. She made me wait 15 mins to order so she could take down chairs and turn on the tvs. Gave me a really bad attitude when I mentioned that she should take my order first, and not make me wait that long.
Kinda embarrassed because I brought my friends from out of town to eat at my favorite pizza place, and I had such a poor experience. 2 stars for the great food and seating area. Definitely won’t be coming when Esther is working though.

Pizza hasn’t gotten so much better we love it and they deliver :) I like the double dribble deal two large pizzas and breadsticks under 20 $ with delivery !

I noticed a Gridiron ad in our door this afternoon and decided we would try it for dinner tonight. We’ve been searching for years for a really good (non chain) pizza joint that will deliver to us. I think we’ve finally found it!
We had the Mexican pizza, The Bench (with pepperoni), and an order of mozzarella sticks. The food arrived quicker than estimated, and the driver was very polite. Though the mozzarella sticks were room temperature and the pizza wasn’t as hot as I’m used to getting from Dominos, the flavors were great. The prices are very fair and they have a lot to choose from. Overall, very pleased, and can’t wait to try some other things on the menu.

Grid Iron Pizza is seriously has the best PIZZA in the High Desert!!! I drive from Apple Valley to Victorville for their Pizza! It’s all made literally when you order it! So fresh and delicious! Their Bread sticks are to die for!
What I love the most though, is their prices!!! They’re inexpensive and their service is great! We ONLY eat pizza from Grid Iron because it’s the Best!

No let down here. Great pizza. The toppings are great and they don’t skimp on anything. Have only gotten take-​out, so I can’t comment on atmosphere or décor or staff beyond getting in and out quickly with hot & tasty pizzas. Did have one issue on this visit though. I had to call SEVEN times before I got through to order (I’m stubborn; what can I say?) Anybody else would have just moved on to some other choice. Glad that I stuck with it, but it was pretty ridiculous.
The pizzas were super tasty and were ready right when they said they would be. The crust is medium thickness and nicely seasoned (though still a little on the tough side). They use plenty of cheese and their meats are good quality (my wife appreciated the mild sausage) and the vegetable toppings are fresh (peppers and onions still had bite).

LOVE THIS PLACE! My husband made a reservation for a friday night to hold our son’s Tee-​Ball parent meeting, here. When we arrived i was a little shocked at how small the place is, and noticed there were no open tables that we had a reservation for. I let the owner know we were there, and she was SO apologetic that the group at the large, bar-​top table was going past their reservation and that they had been told multiple times that they had another reservation coming in… but of course they weren’t wrapping their party up.
instead of getting irate, and upset we just did our meeting part of the get together outside while we waited (which worked out better since it wouldn’t have been so loud!) and we were able to come in after and sit at our reserved table. Our Pizzas were ready and hot and the owners both came out and apologized again and let everyone know that drinks were on them! they brought out pitchers of soda and cups for all of us to share.
we will definitely be back. the pizza was great, the service was awesome. i cant be mad at them for something out of their control. especially seeing the panic and concern on their faces that we had to wait, showed to me that these people truly care about their business and what their customers think. which is rare these days!
