I was very disappointed by the level of service. I needed some signs made, so I called for an estimate. I was told to send the file I needed to be printed and they would give me an estimate. I did this in the morning and by the end of the day had not received a call so I called them. I was informed they got busy and forgot about my job, and they would work on it right away. Again no response so I tried again the next day, was told they were working on an estimate and would get back to me.
4 days later I call one last time, at this point I am pretty irritated. Again I was told that the person working on my job would get back to me. It’s been a week and no word, I’ve already had what I needed completed by another shop.
Bottom line, the women answering the calls were always friendly which is why I kept trying. But if you need things done quickly find another print shop.
