Pay whatever you have to at ANOTHER polisher! These people are a complete rip off, items not completed or done right! The shop guys are cool, but the owner and his wife are awful to customers… Contracts mean nothing to them. I strongly urge anyone considering this shop to choose someone else, you’ll be happier in the long run. Very unprofessional

This place just finished cutting out all the corrosion around the lights of my Airstream. They cut new aluminium and rivited to make the areas look like they were meant to be there. The crew were so friendly and knowledgeable. It was impressive to look at the other trailers they had done work to. I appreciated the attempt they made to have the job done ASAP so I could get to my next campout.
I will use them for future needs and highly recommend them for your trailer .
They know their stuff! !!!

Complete rip off, I’m sorry that I ever did business with these liars! Take your tin-​can to a reputable shop, your estimate might be higher but at least you’ll get what you pay for!

MR&R Polishing and Restorations does not do good restorations on Airstreams! They butchered mine. Please learn from my mistake and do not waste your money!!!

The service provided by the owner, Mitch and his staff is exceptional. I own an older Airstream that had three badly dented panels that needed replacement. I had received bids from four qualified Airstream repair companies before I discovered MR&R Polishing. Not only was their bid by far the most competitive, but the service they provided was really remarkable.
Mitch kept in close communication with me during the process by sending me pictures as the work progressed. As I suspected, there was some damage to a couple of the ribs which required some additional work, as well as, a couple of areas that needed patching that was not part of the original scope of work. Mitch explained the situation and completed these additional repairs with a very nominal increase in cost. When I went to pick up the trailer (on a Sunday no less) my running lights were not functioning and Mitch insisted that he get them repaired before I left his lot. It turned out that the light malfunction was a result a short in my umbilical cord (completely unrelated to the work they did) yet they replaced the umbilical cord and the wires to my running lights at no charge!
My trailer looks great and Mitch went well beyond the the call of duty to get the job done right, at a fair price. I very highly recommend MR&R Polishing for all of your Airstream needs as they are capable of full restorations in addition to body work and polishing.
