I really wanted to like MC, a small operation run by a small group of people (or just one girl?) in socal. My wife and I are involved in a game here and I was looking for a producer for our flag patches for our uniforms. My wife sent the order and art, and I paid this back in February. We heard nothing, and finally contacted MC in April and were told it was being processed. We still have not received anything and our most recent replies are being ignored. I’ve seen some good reviews from a year ago and beyond of MC on various forums, but at this point it doesn’t seem like they’re actually in business any more. I’ll be sending a paypal dispute shortly now since there’s been no communication and it’s been close to 3 months with no product received.
I’m just glad I only ordered one patch and only sent like $ 8 for a proof of concept model to see how it looked. The downside is I now have to find another provider who will do the small volumes that we need of hook-​backed flag patches for our ACUs.
