Pizza Hut

Well I just ordered 2 medumi pizza from pizza Hut on palm dale rd in victorville the delivery was on time but the pizza was not that good kinda doey and no flavor the frozen pizza tastes better then pizza Hut and I have not order pizza from them again. iits been a while I’m disappointed.

Terrible service! I’ve given this place multiple chances and they have failed me every time!!! Every time I got a pizza delivered (50 minute wait cuz they’re slow a sh**) they always mess up my order. I don’t wanna go in depth with the details but if you’re considering going to this Pizza Hut, be prepared to have your order either wrong, things are missing, or the food is cold. Never ever giving this place another chance, I’m sick of it!

So me and my family decided to eat pizza at Pizza Hut bad choice I been waiting for my food almost one hour and twenty minutes to get my pizza and I’m still waiting for my pizza the manager seems lost and she just came and toll me the they’re were out of the pizza that we wanted it took an hour to come and tell me that!!! So i told her i just want my money back, they lost a $ 60 coustumer!

Ordered online, should have went to Little Ceasars and got a deep dish for 8 bucks but I wanted to try the garlic knots pizza, such a disappointment because the flavors were good but the dough was raw YUCK, wasted 42 bucks on this…

Meh. When we do order pizza from here… our delivery is always pretty late and our pizza is always cold.

Still spot on! Decent pasta delivered hot and in a decent time. They have a repeat customer with me!

My brother ordered two pizzas through the online ordering system. Somehow anchovies were accidentally added to one of the pizzas. My mom ate a slice and then began puking, which is when we realized that the pizza had the anchovies. My mom cannot eat seafood. So I called the store and I spoke with an employee (the manager). I told her the situation and that my mom was could not eat that pizza. We still had the pizza and were willing to return it and pick up a new one. She was very rude and sarcastic and said that she could not replace the pizza and that if my brother had made that mistake then he should replace it. To which I told her about the company policy that states that if you don’t like it they will replace it. She said that that only applied to pizzas in which employers made mistakes. I asked for the corporate number and she hung up on me! I called back and she said to come in to pick up a new pizza. I was APPALLED at what I witnessed! The cooks (including the manager) wiping their sweat and snot on their bare hands and then making the pizza! No sanitary measures being taken!!! Which made me not even want to eat the new pizza!!! I always order delivery so I did not know that this was happening! I have filed a report to the district manager and I will also be filing a report with the state! This place needs to be investigated! I have been to other pizza huts and these things do not happen at other places!!! Will never be ordering from this place again!

I’m am very mad with their service I ordered simply a large pizza and wings they took more then an hour so we called the girl said they left 20 min ago we live no more then 7 min away so finally when the pizza gets here it is cold our wing box is all smashed up we called to complain and the manager was rude and did not want to get this fixed I now see why they have low stars and so many complaints

Wednesday night, you figure not too busy right? Didn’t seem like it to us either. All we ordered was cinnamon sticks for pick up. We get there, the person who took the order put it under a totally different name and they couldn’t find it anywhere with the name we have them. There were 2 people are looking for the actual food only to find out they gave it to someone else for delivery, I’m assuming. We waiting 25 minutes after order to pick up within the time frame they quoted and since they messed up we have to wait another 8 – 15 minutes for the simple order. The checker gives us a free drink then informs us there is no ice, all this going on while the manager on duty is sitting in the dining area on break not handling a customer issue. At least we saw one young man step up and help the lady at the front counter.

oh god no they always take forever to answer the phones
plus my delivery was a mess they had forgotten my sodas
my pizzas were all covered in sauce …
uuuughhhh (sigh)

Piss poor customer service! Were being rude when they messed up our order by giving us a meat pizza after telling them we are strictly vegetarian.
They have have ruined me and my families orders countless times.

Just ordered the special 2 larges bread sticks wings and a soda well the pizza is the bomb! :-) best tasting pizza ever! Great price speedy service and a delicious pizza! Wish I could take a photo cause it is soooo… goood…well I did! Both pizza were cooked to perfection with extra sauce just the way we ordedrf it. The pepperoni was 1 topping but has ALOT! Wings delicious also

First time calling in last time for sure. Will always use pizza guys when ordering in high desert. They put me on hold for over 5 min. And then when it was my turn they hung up. Pizza guys on the other hand answers immediately and had specials to offer and had my food here in 35 min. FYI the least we expect when ordering pizza is answer ur phone and take our order. I see now why other reviews are just as bad. Store clearly needs a leadership presence who understands customer service.

Getting pizza with pepperoni on a Saturday afternoon. They forgot my order but is all good, mistakes do happen specially when is Sunday football.

Despite the bad reviews, I haven’t had a problem with this Pizza Hut. My pizza was ready on time, cooked exactly how I ordered it, and the staff is friendly, engaging, and always greets me when I walk in. I used to work for this company (different location) years ago when I was younger, and I know a lot of employees aren’t this engaging in their work. The general manager was also quite friendly, and even let me use her recycle bin to dump some cardboard I happened to have in my car. I’d definitely come back here, although I have zero plans to step foot in the high desert again!

Ibd given this Pizza Hut so many chances but they are just awful. I’ve never enjoyed the pizza from here no matter what I order. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni; when it arrived, HALF of the pizza had no cheese! The only thing good is their wings.

If I didn’t have to give stars I wouldn’t. I wish there was a way to give negative stars.
Let me start from the beginning, my friend and I are super excited to eat wings for wing Wednesday, we walk inside & are not greeted or at least acknowledged. We had no idea whether we seated ourselves or if they seated us. So after about a 5 minutes of looking around trying to figure out what to do we see a sign that says ‘Dine in’ so we walk up to the counter & stand there for ANOTHER 5 minutes, with out being greeted, no acknowledgement, the employees just look at you & look away with out asking if you have been helped. Finally after waiting, an employee finally asks if we have been helped. I say no & she asked what we wanted to eat. She takes my order. Then my friend asked if it was open seating, she says ’ yeah where ever you find a clean table.’ So then we turn around & my friend says ‘nothin is clean in here’ & the employee just looks at us, smiles looks and then at her register.
So we walk around & we finally walk into the back & find 1 clean table available. (The trash is on the floor underneath the table) We sit down, & wait for our boneless buffalo wings & the waffle fries.
We wait for LITERALLY 30 minutes for something so simple.
When the food finally arrives, my wings are cold & my waffle fries were as hard as a rock. I didn’t have my ranch (that I paid an extra fifty cents more for) No plates, nor forks and knives. I had to ask the waitress for everything.
Since we had no plates & all the employees were all in the back doing there own thing not paying attention to any of the customers. WE ATE OFF OF NAPKINS!!! It was so horrible!
If I didn’t pay for my food before I sat down I wouldn’t have paid a dime.
Never ever coming to this particular Pizza Hut again. EVER.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT!!!

It is bad enough when your pizza delivery takes 2 hours, and 35 minutes past the scheduled time of delivery, but when you call and ask about the status and receive an ear-​full from rude and disrespectful teenagers who respond to fair criticism as they would if their parents had just asked them to clean their rooms or quit smoking weed — that is where I draw the line. Unapologetic service here. My pizza eventually arrived cold and stale, we had to microwave it! We ordered extra cheese and toppings, there were hardly any toppings at all and the cheese was almost non-​existent. I don’t know what else you could possibly do to convince a customer to never order from you again, save possibly poisoning the pizza and mugging us for our cash at gun-​point. Just avoid this place, trust me — I don’t even expect much from Pizza Hut as it is.
Whoever is giving this place 2 or more stars clearly has the wrong Pizza Hut in mind.

Not Very Good… Last Time I Ate Here In Dec ’13, Me & My Sister Got Sick.!! One of the employees came out from behind the counter, goes straight to the salad bar and helps himself to the pizza sitting there … not to mention AFTER we got our food and was already eating, i saw another employee standing by the counter, and he rubbed his nose snot on his arm and didnt bother to wash his hands afterwards. DISGUSTING! I was sick for 3 days after eating from there.
One of the woman employees comes up by the booth where me and my sister was eating at, and the table next to it, she comes up with a rag and takes the chair, flips it upside down, and starts scrubbing the legs of the chair RIGHT there and we was eating!!! That’s TOTALLY unsanitary and that COULD have waited until your restaurant CLOSED for the night.
I will NOT go back EVER!!!

Back again on a saturday night…
This time a bit smarter, we called our order in to be ready when we got there which worked out perfectly.
This time, the special large 3 topping for $ 10, meats for the guys, veggies for me, plus an added salad bar.
3 toppings is just not enough, they also pulled out the pizza too soon, a bit pale.
To make up for it we got an order of chocolate dunkers on the house.
Fresh, those were pretty good, not worth paying for though.
Service has gotten better, also the salad bar was way cleaner and better stocked.
Still mediocre, still no delivery to our new home.
