Manager Don Oroszco is the Go To Guy. Very professional and knowledgeable about products carried at Radio Shack. I called the Radio Shack in Apple Valley and was told that she was too busy and to call back in 30 minutes. That’s when I decided to order my product on-​line and have it delivered to Don’s store at the mall. A guy I could trust, even though I had never met him, he was very genuine on the phone.

On august 23 I went to buy a radar detector and the price was $ 79.99 but it rung up $ 99.99. The African American lady Bree was rude and arrogant and told me that their policy is NOT to sale the item at the price tag but what ever rings up in the computer.
I asked for the manager and she told me she is the manager. As a manager, I would take $ 79.99 any time from a customer rather than sitting on the product for another year.
I was a loyal customer but now I will NEVER shop at any radio shack.
Manager Bree should go and get some customer service classes before radio shack loose more loyal customers.
And I bought the same radar detector on eBay for $ 59.00 free shipping. Thank you Bree.

Called ahead to see if they had a universal charger from moms phone and they said they did came in they didn’t have it had to wait a while for the girl to check she wasn’t in a good mood either never going back in there again :/

We went into this store yesterday and no one said welcome or hello. We looked around for what we came in for and still no one even said boo. There were at least 3 employees. One of on his phone leaning against the counter. We left and no said anything. WOW. They actually need a manager who knows customer service. One of the worst RSs I have ever been in.
