Starbucks

Rarely do they get your drink wrong it’s usually always on point unless they’re training new hires as well as a great staff. The only downfall is the parking lot when they are really busy you can get trapped in there for a while. It’s best to park across theirs.

This Starbucks is located off Palmdale Rd & the 15 freeway going towards Vegas:
1) The café is small inside & has a drive-​thru
2) There were a few lower-​end people in this café from trailer trash to stragglers. but i wasn’t bothered by any of them
3) It sits right next to a Target which is great in case you need a few travel items

Went there today around 3:40pm today. It was busy. Long line in the drive through. When we got to pay the barista told us one of the drinks was comped. Very kind! I wasn’t expecting it at all! Also, our drinks were great!

Worst Starbucks ever. Very slow and misssed half our order. But most of all, Amanda is an unhelpful, rude Grinch. Starbucks needs to reevaluate her employment. I don’t write negative reviews, but this place is the worst! Drive further and skip this waste of space.

Typically, I try to keep reviews for unique places — and SB’s hardly qualifies in that department. However, I dropped in to this particular Mermaid Circle by chance as much as desire. Having spied a bunch of low stars and lame reviews, I was a bit unsure if I was in for an iffy experience. And that’s not the case.
It was Thanksgiving, for goodness sake, and they were pretty busy. And lord love ‘em, they treated me right. When I requested a dark roast drip, they informed me straight-​up they were out, but would gladly make a pour-​over. Fine by me. Got an ice-​water while and a breakfast sammy, too. All was good. OK, yes, they did forget my Sriracha sauce, but hey, no problem. Savvy traveler that I am, I had something else to doctor my light meal with. And, I was plenty happy to stop in here. (They also offer drive-​thru at this location)

Went through the drive thru this morning and got a cinnamon Dolce latte for my wife… it was only three quarters of the way full and the drink was cold plus normally starbucks is fast but took awhile to get the coffee this place wasn’t even busy… manager wanted me to bring the drink back later tonight for a new drink or refund… ridiculous this place is horrible!

ZMy husband went to the drive thru to get me a Cinnamon Dolce Latte this is the crappy coffee I got. it was ¼ ways empty and cold!!! Paid 5.00 for this piece of crap!!! I could have gone to McDonald’s for this shit!!! They have dropped the ball so bad that when he called they were you need to being it back so we can see it. Wtf!!! We don’t have the time, the girl was that’s the only way to do it if u want ur money back! I’m not going back to this location!
After I took my coffee back they had the nerve to ask me for a receipt! Acted stupid like they didn’t k ow what I was talking about. I went to the Starbucks off Roy Rogers and they gave me a drink that actually looked and tasted like it should.

I ordered my order through the Starbucks app today so I went in to pick it up and it was ready in time, which is always nice! But the barista was rude, I didn’t like that, shoulda’ gotten her name… There were homeless young adults inside who were using the wifi & had BIG bags with clothes spewing out of them sitting on the tables… Made my fiancé a little uncomfortable…

Stopped in for a coffee while passing through town. My husband sat down in a comfy leather chair and I was looking at coffee mugs while we were waiting for our coffee. He hadn’t even been sitting for 5 minutes when he was approached by an employee who said «I can’t have you sitting here. You’re gonna have to leave.» My husband said he was waiting for his coffee and her only response was «oh ok» with no apology for assuming he was loitering. I thought that was a bit rude but I guess they have a problem in that area. Coffee was good… and even better on the road.

How can you give one star to a Starbucks? Well, here’s how:
Was driving up for work which was a two hour drive. Stopped to get coffee and something to eat! Ordered a tall coffee and the bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich and realized HOLY COW I have to pee. Come out of bathroom and my coffee is sitting there, but no sandwich! I stand there for quite a while, trying to make eye contact with a barista. Finally she asks what I’m waiting for and I mention my sandwich and she replies «WE DON’T HAVE ANY OF THOSE LEFT?» Okay, then why did you charge me for one? She disappears and I’m left standing there wondering if I should go? Is she getting a manager to give me something else? Like, what does this mean? I feel stupid standing here!
SEVEN gals were working, they weren’t understaffed. I stood there for a few extra minutes AGAIN trying to get their attention when low and behold they miraculously found it and handed it over with a meek apology.
Ugh.
Thank goodness it’s not my local SB spot because they were lacking friendliness.
My go to excuse is I get these joints get busy, but communication with the customers is important. Making ME feel like I effed up was not the route to take, and it made ME feel like I was bothering THEM because they messed up my order.

Hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to!!! First they completely screw up my order earlier this week and then try to argue with me about their screw up and my coffee never got remade. Then today I wait in a long ass line bc they are so damn slow, like they have been all week, just for them to tell me that they are out of the stuff to make my drink! This is the worst Starbucks ever!!! And they have totally lost my business!!! I would give them negative stars if I could!!!

I love this Starbucks.
I usually go to mcdonalds for my iced coffee but when I want iced coffee with white mocha I come here. They always make it right& they’re really nice. Unlike other Starbucks, where you can tell they hate their jobs. They do often have a line in drive but it’s worth the wait.

You can never go wrong with Starbucks, whether you order coffee or tea, it’s made perfect every time. And having as drive thru is always a bonus, although the line for it can get long at least you are in the comfort of your own car.

Really quick… I use to be a barista and my expectations are not high but service is due when you are providing a product.
First, I was not greeted because three baristas where chit chatting, which is understandable it was not busy. But here I am waiting to order for a while.
Second the service was so slow, my drink order was the only one and it took over 6 minutes! It was a grande frappaccino… There were four baristas behind the counter.
What really irked me and the main reason why they are getting two stars is for not being CLEAN! I watched the barista use a dirty blender; he didnt even bother to rinse it. I don’t know what type of milk or if soy was in it? Plus there were rags all over the counters, dirty blenders, pitchers and the espresso machine was not any better!
They need to clean up and shape up! Or maybe I arrived on an «off» day. Hopefully they are better with you!

One of my favorites if im close by I know I’ll get exactly what i order and it’ll taste good. The staff is friendly also.

Ok, I went in to inspect the bananas after reading one of the negative reviews here. It looks like they have really turned their banana situation around, as illustrated by this photo below. To me, it was clearly a game changer. I thanked the baristas for their good customer service and left with my coffee in hand.

I was sold a banana today from the Starbucks in Victorville CA that looked old and they told me it was their best one. Whoever is the manager at this place needs to not sell bananas like this. I can just imagine what the rest of the organization at this Starbucks looks like. Never will I be returning to this Starbucks.

Bathrooms are clean, friendly employees … Relaxing music, they were really helpful with trying a new beverage, easy to find and lots of parking

I ordered a caramel frap with an add shot and extra caramel. It was so yummy and sweet. I was happy to see that they didn’t over or under do the caramel sauce.
I went through the drive thru and I was the only car in line. I had quick service and the lady was more then happy to help me figure out my Starbucks app. I left my gold card at home and didn’t want to miss out on earning my star.
The great customer service was enough to boost this Starbucks to the top of my list for the high desert. I even had password issues and the lady never rushed me or got grumpy.
Great drink made to perfection and great customer service is hard to find anywhere in the high desert.
They also have easy parking and pulling out to the main road because there is a light.

Going on last week about how I don’t support Starbucks, I find myself driving to Frappé hour again a week later.
The location on Roy Rodgers had a line out the door and the drive thru wrapped around the building at 3 pm on a saturday, start of frappé hour.
As it was the last day of the promotion and $ 2.50 for a large drink is a great price, I get the mess and drove to this Starbucks on Plamdale.
Lines at drive thru and inside much shorter.
Clean, nice store, I was suprised how big it was inside and how nice given the area.
Service was great, I went with the Java Chip Frappé and loved it, my husband got the caramel ribbon crunch again, his new favorite, way too sweet for me.
Don’t think I’ll be back at regular prices, but next Frappé Hour, I’m there!
