I work very close to this location so I visit Subway 1 – 2 times a week and at each visit I receive Amazing customer service. I came her today with my daughter and husband while on my lunch break to get my usual Italian BMT on Italian herb and cheese and they always make it great. I was surprised that it was not busier but it was nice for me since I had only 30 minutes. There were 2 ladies working today and they both are always friendly at each of my visits. Thank you ladies for making my experience great.

Not in the greatest place in victorville but the customer service is great. A older lady and an African American older gentleman were working and they were great. There was a long line to order our food but no one mind since the two workers were working the best and kept apologizing for making us wait. Great service!

The service was not that great and my supposedly five dollar sub sandwich was not five dollars. I paid more just because they said that they were franchise and I ha it cold not toasted. It was irritating trying to understand.

Have been visiting subway this december for customer appreciation month for 2 $ sub cold cuts and meat-​o-​ball! they are delicious loaded with veggies and spicy stuffs! the employees are quiet but really respectful and nice. they put pride on the delicious subs they made for us every visit thank you so very much wish you the best this 2014

Subway is generally not my first pick. However if I opt for Subway, this is the location I will go to. The employees are always very nice! My sandwiches are always very good. Bread is always fresh. The restaurant is way to small. You can’t eat there without someone“a butt in your face as they wait in line. This is why only 4 stars.
A huge problem here is the panhandlers in the parking lot. I’m not exaggerating, 90% of the time I’m approached either entering or exiting. Be careful they sneak up on you. I definitely can not come back after dark as it is not safe.

Place looked trashed, Customer service was ok, no raspberry cookies, the owner was working there and i asked why they always ran out and her response was as soon as i make them people buy them. I then mentioned that would be a red flag to me to consider upping the quantity she made, she didn’t take that to well and with a not so friendly look on her face moved on to the next customer. After getting your food you need to push passed the people standing ordering because of the placement of it. After politely pushing passed the people in line to the drink machine it was out of ice.
Unfortunately I couldn’t leave half a star, I won’t be back.

Just off the freeway on Palmdale. Much less congested than the Bear Valley exit. I was really impressed by this franchise, with a local feel. Very friendly and courteous staff. I got the turkey and black forrest ham on white. Outstanding. We were traveling the I-​15 and wanted something other than burgers. Subway was convenient with an easy return to the freeway. I’ve visited other Subways in the past, but this one ranks near the top. If you are a local to Victorville or just traveling through, it’s worth the trip. Quick, convenient, fresh and fast.

It is a Subway. You folks know the deal by now, umkay? This place was really clean and lady working behind the counter was a real riot while she made our sammies. Although I’m not a huge fan of Subway in general, this one is way better than average. If subs are your thing, give this location a shot.

Excellent customer service!
As we pull up from driving from Las Vegas, we needed to stop and stretch and eat. So we always go for something that doesn’t disappoint, SUBWAYS.
This place is located right off the freeway. Convenient and fast, we were in and out and back on the road.
