If you’re reading to trying to figure out where they are you go into the art gallery then up the stairs. That confused me for a moment. I mean a vape shop in an art gallery? damn that’s fancy.
Ok, first off: the devices are expensive. Very expensive compared to online. But they give you service and attention. What’s that worth? Well it’s worth it, definitely.
After the first time I went in, I looked at the prices online and sort of regretted not buying it online. After the second time I went in, I’m happy with my purchase. They are super helpful and have a nice juice bar, they will chat with you for as long as they can.
I had gotten advice from another local store which was BAD ADVICE. One employee here fixed that advice and I am so much happier with my experience now.
I feel like this store is more focused for adults than having a chill spot, it’s clean, well lit and inviting and that’s what I prefer. Other places have a dark and musky foggy basement chill spot vibe, no thanks. I’ll probably buy my upgrades in store here too despite cost savings because their opinions are valuable assets when making purchases.

I’ve visited this store four times since I’ve started vaping six months ago. Eric, is super friendly and helps me out every single time. I’ve been to the vape store in Fairfax and make the drive out to Vienna to see Eric. He seems more knowledgable and definitely more friendly.

My friends came here. I don’t personally vape but the guy there explained everything to me and showed me how the vape pens work. They were really friendly and the place had a very relaxed atmosphere, they didn’t push any products towards my friends or try to persuade them to buy more things.

First off, the cleanest vape shop I’ve been too. I love the fact they let you try any flavor before you purchase! Our sales rep was super friendly and knew what she was talking about. I trust this place and that’s why I keep going back. Doesn’t feel like a bunch of kids coming in and out like a chill spot.

Somewhat new to vaping. Just got a new vaporizer and stopped by to pick up some eJuice. The guys there are very knowledgeable and were more than happy to help me figure out what juice was right for me. Almost wish I’d gone there before ordering my vaporizer online. Top notch.

Wow. I am pretty new to the Vape scene so I didn’t know what quite to expect. But as son as I pulled up in front of the boutique I knew that this place was a class above everyone else! Walked inside, they had a very friendly and attentive staff there to answer all of my questions… the boutique (that’s what it reminds me of) was clean, light, airy, modern, just all around classy! The juice selections were plentiful and top shelf, but the pricing was reasonable. I would and will definitely recommend this place to anybody and everybody!

I went to Elite Vape in Fairfax because that was the only place I knew that was cause to me that specializes in vapes and accessories. Great staff, but their selection of e-​juice is very small. So, I decided to try Unilocal and find any other vape stores close by. Cloud 9 was the first thing that came up.
I checked out their website and saw that they had a variety of e-​juice flavors on there, but wasn’t much more than Elite Vape. But, when I came in I was blown away by how much more they had in store than on the site and their setup was incredible. Everything but the Velvet Cloud brand was available to try.
The lady working behind the counter introduced me to Velvet Cloud and their all natural ingredients and 100% VG. I definitely have a new favorite brand and will definitely be coming back here for more.

Great shop, super nice people! Snowing outside, so many places closing early or already closed. Since we happened to be in the area, we called and they were going to close but waited for us. Great selection of juices, many that you don’t see everywhere! Will definitely go back again!

So I stopped by this shop earlier in the day. I recently decided to try vaporizing out again as a less harmful alternative. Before the only vaporizer I had was a fumigo some terrible brand that had major design flaws and tasted bad. I think it cost me twenty dollars. It didn’t work and I started smoking again.
Then today I went into the shop not know a whole lot about what I wanted or for that matter, needed. I was greeted and instantly informed of all the different choices. Being new to this I wasn’t sure if I really needed a 200 dollar setup. I decided on there Kanger tech EMOW mega which is a higher end entry level complete kit.
Then I got to try to juices! Wow I was completely blown away. They have a wide variety of high quality juices with several organic options. And of course you get to try them all. I had problems when I had tried vaping previously with sore throat and dry mouth. This again was because of poor quality liquid. Not here! I settled on the CRFT gravel pit, which is a blend of southern peach and guava! OH MAN IS IT GOOD. The lady that helped me was extremely informative and seemed to know what I wanted even before I did. I’m glad I got to support a local vapor shop and will continue to buy from these guys

Great CLEAN shop with helpful staff. So glad to have a cape shop in the area that stocks High Quality E-​Juices. They had everything available to sample with the exception of Cereal Killer. I went ahead and bought it anyway and was not disappointed!

I had a very positive experience at Cloud9. The places is very nice, sheik and fresh. The atmosphere and customer service was very inviting. They also carry the top brands and products, specifically velvetcloud which is all organic juice, no alcohol and one the healthiest brands on the market. Go check it out.

I liked this place. The ladies at the shop knew what they were talking about. I liked how they have organic oils. I bought a vaporizer and it works great. Love my new Pax. Cute little tables to sit around and chill. Def recommend :)

Very conveniently located right in the heart of Vienna. The staff is extremely helpful and actually knows what they are talking about. The shop is also very clean and modern compared to all other shops I’ve been to. Very highly recommend going to Cloud9 for everything Vape related. The owner comes regularly and is also very helpful.
