Dave was the best plumber in Vienna, and he was almost impossible to get time with because his schedule was so packed with other customers. But when you were lucky enough to get him he was always fair and reasonably priced. A great guy that will always be missed.

So basically this story starts about 8 years ago. Main line sewer drain broke and it needed to be fixed asap. My wife was pregnant and we had guests in the house so it was indeed the worst possible time. We called this service. The owner was a woman at the time, very nice and she sent out a team. The guy in charge (who now owns the company) basically said it was his company and he was running it. 7,000 dollars later we had a new drain. When we got it the guy said «you’ll never have problems with it.» We have snaked it out twice a year for the past 8 years. You do the math. I called and he blamed it all on the woman who was no longer owner of the company. Basically lousy workmanship, they don’t stand behind their work, and the owner is happy to play the blame game. Stay as far away from these people as possible.
