We bought a home where Marc Cormier was the listing agent and had an absolutely terrible experience. He was completely uncommunicative and unresponsive to our questions and requests and every step of the process was painful because of him. It was clear that he had no good knowledge of the property, put no effort into the process, and almost cost us the home at settlement due to his complete lack of communication — even to let us know whether he or anyone from the selling party had plans to show up to settlement. He at some point wrote an email noting that keys would be delivered at closing. That did not happen. And upon further follow up, we found out that he had delivered the keys to the wrong company, and claimed he would rectify the situation by mailing us the keys. Nothing yet! On settlement day, we were left with having to try to reach out to his broker Keller Williams to get any information at all to help keep the process moving. They were equally as unresponsive. If anything, it seems that Marc Cormier’s lack of professionalism and ethics is a reflection of the broker company employing him. All around, we were completely unhappy with the experience, when it should have been an exciting and pleasant experience.
