Pizza Hut

I like this Pizza Hut. Never been disappointed with their pizza. I always order carry out and my order is always ready as soon as I arrive. I’m a big fan of their pan pizza and it’s never been undercooked.

Under cooked pizza. Mushrooms were burnt and had a weird smell. The bread sticks were hard to chew. Will never order from here.

This Pizza Hut has awful reviews. We ordered delivery anyway because we are lazy and needed stuffed crust in our lives. Online process was fine, deliver came early, pizza was yummy, delivery guy was pleasant!
Only complaint that’s –1 star is the pineapples were kinda weird. Probably just not a good quality and is the same as all pizza huts.

I ordered two deep dish pizzas for pick up and didn’t check them before leaving. I get home and find that they are thin crust. I call and let them know the mistake and that I will bring the WRONG pizzas back and they would make the right ones. That’s not the problem, mistakes happen. When I get back here I tell the woman at the from that these are the wrong pizzas and I called and verbatim «ya I know it’ll be 10 – 15 min, rolls her eyes as she walks away» I called 10 min before arriving so why does it still need 10−15min. I confronted her for rolling her eyes at me she took the pizzas out of my hand and as she turned I saw her eyes tool again at me. If I ever treated a Costomer like that at my job I would be fired on the spot. 8:01pm 9÷11÷15

Ridiculous policies that will guarantee this place to go out of business.
Trying to order for delivery and there is apparently a minimum of $ 9.99. My order came out to $ 9.24. I called the store up and asked if they would make an exception and they refused. They cost themselves business over $ 0.76.
I would have ordered a soda or something if the delivery fee wasn’t a ridiculous $ 3.50. It used to be $ 2.50, but I guess they decided to jack up the fee that the driver doesn’t get anyway.
So, in conclusion, bad experience with them based solely on their policies. Ordered Paisano’s with free delivery and no stupid minimums and am now eating lunch happily. Glad I didn’t order from PH after all, apparently the people who successfully got their pizzas think it sucks.

Undercooked and not fresh pizza. The wings were horrible. Just tasted like plain chicken with no sauce. VERY disappointed

Undercooked pizza. The cheese was barely melted and the bread sticks were not cooked through. Killed my craving for pizza! The delivery man was so nice, wish all delivery people were as nice as him. Won’t be ordering pizza delivery from this place when I’m in town, I would rather starve

Today I had a horrible experience. I ordered a personal pan pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. I instructed the attendant to prepare my pizza specifically by not placing pepperoni’s under the cheese. The store prepared my pizza 100% WRONG. Placing pepperoni’s under the cheese doesn’t allow the fat to render and makes the pizza extra greasy. I always leave these instructions when I order pizza at this location. I called and spoke with the manager Mr. Yosi Mononutu and he assured me the pizza would be re-​made. I returned and the new pizza was drowned in sauce. I have been eating Pizza Hut pizza for more than 25 years and never has my pizza been made so poorly. I was offered a new pizza but I refused as I had already invested more than an hour ordering this pizza and driving to have it turn out wrong twice. I left hungry and ended up ordering a pizza at Papa Johns. There are too many good food choices to settle for what I was served.
