Wandered up to this antique shop while meandering down Church Street on Christmas Eve. I wasn’t expecting much because the average consignment or antique shop I’ve been to hasn’t been too promising, so my expectations were fairly low walking in. However, I was quite impressed with the quantity and quality of these home décor items. There were lots of great items, like decanter bottles, complete place settings, candles, mirrors, — basically, everything you need to decorate your home and then some! The items in the store look so new and carefully handled it’s doesn’t look at all like they’ve belonged to anyone else. I was able to pick up two handcrafted wooden ducks for $ 20 to go along with my ever-growing duck collection. I can’t speak to customer service since I didn’t really engage in conversation with the owner, whom many other Unilocalers have noted isn’t personable or pleasant. However, I will say that I would go back to pick up more higher quality home décor.

I had been meaning to go here for a long time, but with it being a second story and only street parking, it was easy to put it off. Recently, I was able to make it and was surprised. First, I was surprised to find that the store was almost entirely new items. I saw maybe a handful of things that seemed old or vintage, but no large consigned pieces of furniture. Mostly, REfind seemed to focus on gift items like candles and chachkies. I was able to find a few items for small Christmas gifts. I was also surprised at the lack of warmth from the workers. The two workers who were there while I was(and I the only customer) seemed much more interested in their conversation between themselves than asking me if I needed assistance. I actually considered leaving without purchasing because the service seemed so indifferent. I may be back if I need another small present of the type they sell. It won’t be a place I frequent though.

Wow, I am disgusted at the level of «customer service» I experienced! I was in there for 30 minutes and even had something in hand to buy, you would think at that point it would give the Owner a good enough reason to acknowledge my presence! At one point I was looking at the jewelry and she was helping a customer who just purchased something. As she grabs a handful of crumbled up packaging paper and runs to give it to them while they are walking out the door, like a quarter back on a football team she body checks me then hits me in the face with the paper! DIDNTEVENSAYSORRY!!! Or acknowledge me! I placed my item down and walked out. Never ever would I go back to that horrible place again. She should be ashamed of how horrible she is.

Unfriendly owner. She lectured me on the definition of consignment when I simply asked if a clay pot I was considering to purchase was for cooking or decorative purpose only. She should know the answer to this if she is the one to purchase items for resale. The fact that these items are«second hand» does not make up an excuse for your complete ignorance especially at the price point of this«consignment» store. She kept watching me and kept warning me on how to handle items(smh). I was considering to purchase two things one of which I loved despite of how overpriced it was but I finally had enough of her attitude and took my business to another one of the zillion other consignment stores in the area! Word of advice to owner –if all you are concerned about is keeping your store tidy and you are annoyed by people handling items lock up your doors and enjoy your stuff!

was not impressed. I was wanting to go to this shop for a long time and finally made it. I was not interested in any of the products there, just not my style I guess. Not easy to determine if this is a consignment shop or not. The prices were not that reasonable. I would have liked to consign my things here, but I am pretty sure that our styles differ and very few of my things would be taken.

I can’t believe how affordable this stores is as compared to neighboring stores. Even the local antiques stores can’t compete with Refind. It is such a great shop! Many treasures to be found.

Cute shop– disguised as a consignment. Owner very picky on what she takes as previous owned. She fills the shop with new what-nots. Owner not too friendly– should decide what the shop should be.

Antiques! This store is great for fun finds at what seems like a very fair price. The owner is so nice and personable, a very fun find for someone who has just moved to the area.
