Sprint Store

People have had some seriously terrible things to say about this location, but I have had mostly positive experiences.
Let me start by saying I have the worst luck pretty much ever, and about 2 weeks ago I got out of an Über, sending my phone flying out of my pocket… and right into a storm drain.
So that is how I ended up at the Sprint store. I was grumpy, and I was irritated, and for as much as I try to be a good customer everywhere I go I don’t doubt that I walked into the store with vengeance.
The woman helped me immediately as I walked in. She actually was great from the beginning. She ran through my account and worked out a an upgrade for me at no cost up front, and without changing my plan. It was a thousand times less painful that I expected it to be, and everyone in the store was very accommodating. She also helped me ensure that if I did ever drop my phone into another storm drain, run it over with my car, drop it in the bathtub, ect, ect that I could get a new one with a low deductible.
Go Sprint!

Absolutely awful. They had about 10 people just sitting around in the store and none of them seemed at all eager to help me. I was just trying to upgrade my phone, and ended up having to go there and back twice and ultimately just order the new phone online. The first time I showed up I was told that I need one of my family members, who was the contract holder, to sign some papers. I came back in the same day with that contract holder, and was told that the phone was out of stock, something the same woman who I saw earlier that day couldn’t be bothered to tell me. On top of all that the woman was sassy, rude, and overall unhelpful when I needed her to explain my options to me. For some reason they also had music blaring incredibly loudly, which a few people had to ask them to turn down while I was there. They were basically unable to help me at all, and made me waste a few hours out of my day on their incompetence.

I went into adjust my bill and they were able to bring me down $ 70 total on my monthly bill. The service was quick exceptionally efficient and definitely would recommend going in during the day before 5 PM. Also make an appointment so that they can take care of you faster because I was in and out in under 35 minutes!

Terrible customer service! I bought an otter box case at another Sprint store and realized when I got home that the packaging was wrong and didn’t contain the right product. I went to this Sprint store because it was closer and they refused to do an exchange. The most frustrating part was that the three guys working there (with no customers in the store, by the way) could have cared less.

Yasmine worked overtime (we left at 9.15 pm and the store is supposed to close at 8) to satisfy the demanding customers we are, each with different needs and tastes.
We were upgraded from Iphone 4 to Iphone6. Data were transferred. Our bill has been cut in 2. 50% less than our former Verizon plan.
We were explained technical and financial problems and solutions. With patience and kindness.. YES! at a phone store, baby! Can you believe it?
The assistant manager, Sergius, also stayed overtime. No hurry. They were happy to help.
First time in my life I get a smile on my face when leaving a phone provider store.

This store and the store in leesburg are nothing but a bunch of scam artists! Liars and downright rude! I will never use sprint ever! I came in with a phone I owned they refused both stores to put it on a no contract… I don’t want a contract and why would I sell you a perfectly good iPhone because you refuse to activate it no contract… when I called sprint directly I was told no problem… both stores told me to do it online they didn’t do it in store! Also leesburg store advised a customer they couldn’t use iCloud on a 32 iPhone 5s they don’t offer that… yes they do dear! My husbands AT&T iPhone 5s has no issue using iCloud. never will you get a dime of my hard earned money. seriously a bunch of condescending stuck up liars!

There were at least 4 people working the sales side of the store and 1 guy was waiting on 5 customers while the other 3 socialized with each other loudly! I was in there 2 ½ hours waiting for the 1 guy to download my phone while waiting on everyone who walked in the door.

Always a nice experience for me at this store. I had my phone changed out over the past 4 years and will be back tomorrow for a new iPhone.

Wonderful. No line at the service desk checking, no line at the service desk picking up. Friendly repair tech was able to diagnose my problem and ordered my replacement handset. He was head and shoulders better than any associate of the Pentagon Row location, and if the others are half as nice as he is, you’re in good shape there.

Apathetic at best, a complete hatred of their jobs at worst.
As the other reviews have stated, this store can be very hot cold and for that reason I’m giving it one star.
A few months ago, great service — 4 star. The past three times, less than one star. One of the employees even had the nerve to start talking about another customer before they even left the store.
Sprint, it was going well for a while there, but it seems like old habits (bad customer service) die hard.

I visited this Sprint store today, EVO launch day. The staff were hammered from the moment they opened the store (early, 8am) and then had computer/​system troubles because thousands upon thousands of people all over the east coast all tried to activate new EVOs at the very same time. The staff at the store were great. Extremely friendly, were able to answer all of my questions and they even provided coffee and donuts for those who had to wait.
I’ve also used this location in the past for repairs, and their main tech guy always knows what’s up. Highly recommended.

if i could give no stars i would! the manager of this location helped SPRINT by losing 2 customers. He was unhelpful and GAVE ME ATTITUDE!!! I gave attitude right back and as I left the store, he was like «I’m going to put in the system how you acted in the store». I was like, I’m already on may way to verizon!!!
Do not go there!

Once upon a time, I cursed every Sprint store and always got crappy service no matter which store I went to. My tune has changed…
I’ve been to this Sprint store several times now (it’s the closest service store to me) due to a broken phone or upgrade. I’ve had nothing but a great experience every time. The level of professionalism and customer service has increased dramatically over the past 12 months. The employees attitudes went from «I’ll get to you when I get to you» and «I’m doing you a favor by helping you so shut up and take it» to «Making sure you’re happy» and «we actually care about you, the customer».
I went from hating going to the Sprint store and actually enjoying it because they have some of the best customer service of any retail store around .
Note: This change may have something to do with the new CEO — hats off to him if it is.

Alright, so after my wife’s Blackberry started to go on the fritz, we came to the Sprint store to see if we could get a repair work order in to fix in. After going back and forth with the blond girl who could barely speak intelligible English, we turned our order in on the 5^th and were told that it would be 3 – 5 days before the new phone would come in. $ 55 for a new phone? Great deal, right? Uh huh. It gets better.
So no phone call comes in for the new phone and finally I get sick of waiting. We tried to call the store twice but ended up on hold and at one point I was disconnected with a busy tone. So we went in and spoke to Derek S. who listened to me, barely said a word, and then started to look for the phone.
When he came back, he asked me if I got a phone call since the writing on the box said they called on the 8^th. We were like, «uhhh, no. I would have known if someone called.» Then he gets smart with me and says, «well, what’s wrong with your phone? Oh, it doesn’t work? Well, that’s why you didn’t get your call.» No smart ass, my wife still got calls. They were just dropped or the reception was incredibly poor. Plus, if someone called, WOULDN’T THEY LEAVE A DAMN MESSAGE?
So then the guy is a total ass and just has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen from a Sprint representative. He even lightly tossed the receipt on the counter at me when he printed it out instead of handing it to me like other stores would. Man, you know, if it weren’t for that damn 2-​year contract, I’d be done with Sprint completely. This is the kind of crap that just makes me glad I bought my iPhone and went to AT&T — bad reception and all.
The only good thing is that he did transfer the numbers like I asked — it would have gotten them one star back if he would have said something nice to my wife as he handed her the phone back instead of handing it to her and already was half-​way turned around as if to walk off.
Dick.
Oh, and don’t bother calling their phone — the guy Matt who was next to Derek was a complete imitation of the Popcopy guys from the Chappelle show.
