this is a great company to deal with. they are fast and friendly. being a small family owned business it has the perks of the personal service that you are truly looking for in a company. they care about your home or business like it is their home. they take the time to listen to all of your concerns and really work with you as for any renter, homeowner, or business owner knows any water leak can cost thousands and is extremely stressful. they aren’t in a hurry to get in and get out and it really shows. I would recommend this business to anyone who I know and even people I don’t know this is how much they really impressed me. I hope many don’t have to deal with water but if you do then you need to call Water Damage DMV as they are the best!

We had a pipe leak under our kitchen sink and it destroyed the entire wooden floor and leaked into the basement. We don’t live at this property so you can imagine the frustration of having to fix an issue miles away. I called Water Damage DMV and told them what happened and they really took the time to hear my concerns and understand the complications of us being away. The business owner stopped by at another location himself to get the key to the property. I got before and after images a couple days later and they restored everything to better than it was before. I showed up a couple weeks later and everything was perfect. I recommend it to anyone in the area. Water Damage DMV is a very trustworthy and honest business in the area.

I wish they still made companies like this. One of the best companies there is. I had a minor flood through my refrigerator leaking for over half an hour leading to 8 of my wooden tiles being deformed and blackened. I called Water Damage DMV and told them what happened and they explained to me how I could fix the problem myself without even paying a dime. I took their advice and I had dried the area very well and partially repaired the water damage in one day. I told the man on the phone that I found their company through their high Unilocal reviews and that I would add a 5-​star Unilocal review for their amazing help to me without charging me a dollar. This is how I can tell this company is honest.

I contacted Water Damage DMV to come to my home and performed water mitigation services due to a hot water tank leak in my finished basement utility/​laundry room. My whole basement was flooded.
When I first contacted Water Damage DMV, the representative that I spoke to was so clam and collective. They really took the time to hear my concerns and understand what I was going through. I was able to schedule services the same day, which was a huge relief. The Water Damage DMV technician arrived right within the estimated scheduled time frame. They inspected and took pictures of my basement. Due to the amount of damage caused by the flood, Water Damage DMV were able to help move furniture/​contents and remove the all of the damaged carpet/​pad in my basement. Water Damage DMV even hauled away all of the removed carpet/​pad. Then drying equipment was set up. They monitored the equipment each day to assure they were not leaving any room for mold to grow. They then provided water damage remediation, including removal affected baseboards and sections of drywall wall. On the last day of services, the Water Damage DMV technician performed a final «walk thru» of services for my basement and provided the bill.
Every visit was scheduled around my availability and with up most professionalism. I would highly recommend Water Damage DMV to anyone.

We had a basement flood. Water Damage DMV cleaned it up quickly and pulled back our new carpet to keep it from getting damaged. They were able to get there fast enough and no major damage was done. They went the extra mile and treated for mold so we wouldn’t have any other issues arise. The team installed drying fans and a dehumidifier to ensure the room was dry before reinstalling the new padding and our carpet. His employees were very courteous and knowledgeable about exactly what to do and answered every question I had. Everything they said they were going to do, they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use their services again if I need them.

I had a water main leak in my basement and I contacted Amir to come and give me an estimate on drying the carpet and fixing the water damage. He found that the water had extended farther than we had thought and quickly came up with a plan of action. Amir was very professional and helpful in deciding what to do. His team was very quick and even after tearing down the dry wall and treating the mold that was inside the wall he wasn’t here but a short time. They even provided us with a complimentary carpet cleaning after the carpet was fully dry. His cleanup was so complete that you wouldn’t even know he was there.
