Food was gross! Service was even worse! Waitress couldn’t care less that I didn’t like my meal. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! If I would have checked the reviews first, I would have. Very disappointing. This place won’t last long.

I should have listened to the reviews. We were the ONLY table in the entire place and the service was awful! The food was not good either. My sister didn’t like her meal so she had about two bites and left the rest. When the waitress finally came over, she asked if she wanted a box– she said no I didn’t like my meal, and the waitress said«okay, is this on one check or two?» And then still didn’t split the checks properly. NEVER going back!

Went to this place with my husband because we were on our way to an early-ish movie and hungry and it seemed not busy. We were pleasantly surprised. The place is very trendy-looking and very clean. Service was a bit awkward and disorganized, but no one was rude. Our food came quickly, though there were only about three tables being served at the time. We had the steamed shumai appetizer and it was honestly just OK. Too much pork and I wasn’t thrilled with the abundance of shredded cabbage on the plate with the dumplings. But the sushi was very good and generously portioned. My husband had the beef fried rice and it was excellent. I had a glass of the house cabernet and it was nice, though I am not terribly picky about wine. The menu is huge and has some interesting-sounding offerings. We will go back.

They gave us progresso soup in a bowl on a coffee filter… I can’t even. Taro bubble tea was way to sweet and gritty.

Great Thai(mango curry and pad Thai) and sushi rolls. Staff was very friendly as well. I’d come back again!

I hate giving bad reviews, but I can’t help it on this one. I will tell you that their sushi is delicious, but only IF they get it right. We’ve been four or five times trying too see if they can finally get it, to no avail. Each time, it’s completely different — I believe it’s a pretty easy request(sushi roll that has avocado, shrimp, and cream cheese). Once, it was made with shrimp tempura which we didn’t ask for, but we couldnt correct it because we had ordered it for take-out and we were already home. Another time, it had spicy sauce all over it, even though we requested plain. We JUST left after having Valentine’s Day lunch, and I have a horrible stomach ache because they put eel sauce all over it(which I really don’t like) I didn’t specify no sauce, but the menu does not mention ANY sauce with what we chose. Each time we went, our roll was a different price. It sincerely feels like we’re getting ripped off. We won’t be back, and it’s such a shame. We were really looking for a quality sushi restaurant.

The service here was not acceptable. It was slow and the food came out at different times, which wouldn’t have been a huge issue except that the food that came out dead last was for the children at the table. The food was hit or miss on all of the dishes. Chicken soup, bulgogi(sweet), taro boba, and basil fish were hits. Misses included the calamari, chicken katsu, thai pepper beef, teriyaki shrimp, and the phở(do not get this!). Overall this place is probably not worth another visit until some changes to the service are made.

Pleasantly surprised to find good, vegetarian-friendly, pan-Asian cuisine in Viera! Bean Sprout is located where Asian Too used to be, but totally trumps it in terms of cuisine(but not hipness.) It’s a sit-down restaurant(vs. the super casual Asian Too), but is infinitely better. Service is a bit awkward and standoffish, but hopefully that’s because they’re fairly new… I went with my vegetarian family of 5, and we all ended up getting different curries – they have a LOT! Specifically, we ordered Masaman Curry, India Curry, and Pine Nut Curry, all with vegetables and tofu, instead of meat. The Pine Nut Curry was meh, but the other two were phenomenal – definitely the best Thai curry I’ve had in Brevard County. We also ordered Drunken Noodles without egg, which was a solid choice(it’s pretty hard to mess up Drunken Noodles, though…) The ~standout~ of the dinner, though, was the Taro Bubble Tea. The flavor of the taro was very strong but not too sweet, the bubbles perfectly cooked, and the portion GIGANTIC. We also got the Honeydew Bubble Tea, which was excellent, but did not compare to the Taro Bubble Tea in any way. Get this. I’m looking forward to returning to Bean Sprout when I’m in Viera next, to try something other than their extensive Thai curry menu!

Terribly disappointed in my meal today. There was a communication issue with the server and three times my food came out wrong. The chicken Satay appetizer was so tasteless even with the peanut sauce. What was the worst was the consistency of the flattened chicken breast. It tasted like rubber. There were 4 pieces and I could barely get one down. My Husband tried one and spit it out. I’ve talked this restaurant up to my friends and was actually going to invite another couple but after today, I’m never going back. They want $ 20.00 for a Bento box which is quite high. I’m in search of another Asian restaurant.

Ordered California roll, green curry with chicken and an order of chicken teriyaki. CA roll was very good. Had to fish out two bay leaves from curry and the basil leaves decorating the top were partially black(sign of going bad), but the portion was large and tasty. Chicken in teriyaki was very dry; portion was good-sized but went half uneaten. Odd how wait staff never asked ‘how is everything?’.

Errr? For one this place is confused with itself. I generally try to stay away from restaurants that offer too many cuisines. IE Bean Sprouts attempt to deliver korean, chinese, vietnamese, thai, and japanese. The decour inside is appropriate and service is adequate, however their food is something to steer clear of. The veggies used in their salads and for Phở appear to be weeks old, are wilted, and blackened. Just gross. Their bubble tea is not crated correctly and comes out more like a smoothie and less like a tea. Again, their softshell crab app, is tiny and over fried. Their handrolls are crafted poorly, and miss the point of what sushi should be. Their fresh springrolls are improperly put together and bursting at the seams. And finally, their Tom Kha soup, although tasty, is chock full of bay leaves, something none of us want to chew on. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to dine, unless you want mediocre asian food.

I’d give this place 0 star if I can. How did they even get close to 4 stars? I didn’t have high expectation knowing this a small town & I’m coming from Los Angeles. After lunch I went to visit my friend at her nails shop & told her where I went to lunch. Her customer over heard & told me that they didn’t like this place either. Well, I didn’t know and was super disappointed. 1. 1st impression walking already feel unwelcome. 2. Order chicken satay, padthai, & crispy duck with red curry. Everything was super salty except for the dry chicken satay. The padthai doesn’t look like it was stir fry at all. 3. Service was nothing but a 0 star. No one ever came by to ask how was everything or bother to refill water. I could understand if they were busy but I know why they’re not busy now. I could accept food is not good but if the service is good it’s wouldn’t bother me. Overall foods was mediorce and service was unacceptable with unfriendly staff. Only thing is restaurant is nice & clean. I should of ask my friend before I went to this restaurant so I don’t have to waisted my money. Lesson learned.

Perhaps we visited on an off night. Our meal was nothing special for the price we paid. Although the sushi nachos were good, they were served on corn tortilla chips instead of the fried wontons stated on the menu. I think that kind of screwed up what could’ve been a great dish. We’ll give them another try.

Viera’s newest restaurant, Bean Sprout, was a pleasant surprise… even for a non-fish eater. The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly and the service awesome. I tried the volcano chicken. It was full of yummy spicy flavor on top of an assortment of veggies and served with white rice. I’m a picky eater and should have asked before ordering if the chicken was made with white meat. It wasn’t. Other than that this place is a welcome addition to Viera.

First impressions can be deceiving — based on their online gallery and descriptions of items on the menu, my expectations were high. Nothing to write home about… veggie spring rolls are expensive considering their size, and they were very salty — especially if you didn’t use the accompanying dipping sauce. The garlic stir fry and broccoli stir fry weren’t all that impressive either, tasted like steamed veggies thrown into a sauce. Pad Thai had the peanut flavor, but felt like something was missing… This was a take out order, maybe next time will try dining in to see if it will be a different be experience.

Food was good(not great) and portions were fairly large. Prices were good and there was also a 15% discount because they haven’t had their grand opening yet.

New place that opened up near me. Fantastic Thai food, great service, decent sized portions. Definitely coming back here again.
