Went to Walmart here in Viera maybe 3 times in the last week. I was able to find everything I was looking for fairly quickly. I do have to say, the chocolate cake with chocolate fudge frosting is possibly the best cake I have ever bought there in all the years it has been here. My complaint for this store is usually the same thing. If you are going to put in maybe 30 checkout lines or more, why is there only 3 or 4 open with the lines all backed up. AND if you dare go in a 20 lane express line… forget it, eyes roll over the cart as if to scan making sure you only have 20 items. You find yourself doing a quick scan counting in your head… 1,2,3,18,19,22… Dare I check out here or should I quickly turn around and go to a lane 9 people deep with everyone having at least 50 items in each cart!!! IFYOUBUILDIT… THEYWILLCOME… And they will expect to be checked out in a reasonable amount of time.

Went to get an oil change first thing in the morning, and it was about an hr wait. It wasn’t too bad. I just walked next door to Starbucks, had some coffee and did a little bit of reading. This experience was pleasant, but my previous experience last Tuesday, 6÷3÷14 gave me a bad taste in my mouth. I brought my car in an hour before closing, and the guy behind the counter refused to take my car for an oil change due to 4 cars being in front of me. Notice that the shop closes/or stop taking vehicles at 7pm, I brought my car in at 6pm. I had really needed an oil change, and I came strait there from work. This was terrible customer service, and I was heated. I will eventually mention it to the store manager. i know him personally.

I go here for most of my food because you can get the exact same items here much cheaper than at Publix. This location is in a good neighborhood so you dont have to deal with the freaks and rednecks you find at ghetto Walmart locations. Most times I save between 20 cents and a dollar per item. Some items I save more than a dollar per item compared to Publix. The long lines are a bit of an issue at this store but its nice to see a Walmart parking lot filled with Lexus and BMW. I drive my Porsche to this Walmart. Is that wrong?

I very much dislike this Walmart… I think I am not a big fan if walmarts in general but especially this one. The fruit and vegetable area seems to always be swarming with fruit flies. The thing that really gets me is going to check out and finding only a handful of registers open with lines backed up… I understand days that this happens from time to time but it seriously seems like it happens every single day. The management really needs to look at how their building their schedules

Reviewing Walmart seems to turn into a political statement. I live in Viera and I occasionally shop at Walmart. I’m apolitical, I guess. This is a typical super walmart.

There is a struggle here. Viera: A master planned community with sprawling subdivisions with large homes on lakes. It’s a too clean to be true community. Wal-Mart: Attracts the ugly crowd, known to clear out a trailer park during a sale. Camaros and 9 year old Dodge Caravans typically fill the parking lot. So, what happens when you place Wal-Mart in Viera? You get Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart: Staining Viera since 2002.
