I don’t come to an ice cream place for burgers and fries.. I come for ice cream. And the scoup has great soft serve at really good prices. The staff is always very friendly … but many times we have seen a big wait because only one person was scheduled to work that day.
But that isn’t the employees fault, they are busting ass and always courteous… what’s even more impressive is that they’re usually high school kids who can out perform several adults I know.
Often lack of staff is what got 4 instead of 5.
