Wow, can’t believe someone would actually comment on my review. Chalon M must be employed with this minority-​owned company. This company does not handle retail phone orders in a professional manner, so I am going to assume its primary market consists of small business because I can’t even find their products at mainstream organic and natural food markets. I would agree that the products are good but this company’s business pratices are not because I had to dispute my last order with my credit card company because I never received the items and the sales staff gave me misleading and false information. My bank gave me a provisional credit for the amount which eventually became permanent when no one from the company responded to the dispute/​chargeback. I assume they knew they were wrong and didn’t have a leg to stand on. So, if you think that sounds like a good company, proceed at your own risk.

I could not disagree with Courtney W. more!!! Coffee, Tea, and Me is a wonderfully respectable wholesale distributor. I run my own health food retail store out of Chicago, and I have been purchasing these delicious, healthy, quality products for over 15 years. My customers LOVE LOVE LOVE these products, and they fly off my store shelves. CTM Distributors is a very professional, family-​owned, customer-​oriented business. They have always handled all my orders with care, and in the very few times there have been mistakes (1 – 2 times in 15 years of ordering), my sales rep promptly handled it, and gave me FREE products on my future orders!!! What other company do you know that gives out FREE goodies. Not many in this economy. Speaking of my sales rep… My Sales Rep is awesome. I have received 1-​on-​1 customer support from one sales rep that is assigned to my account. So when I call and place an order, there is a familiar rapport that I enjoy. Courtney… sounds like you would benefit from some delicious cookies. People… In contrary to this UN-​popular belief, this is NOT a fly by night company what-​so-​ever. As a business owner, CTM products have made my health-​conscience customers VERY happy, and have made my store profitable in the process. Thanks Coffee, Tea & Me. you’ll be getting my order soon.
