Sweeney’s Custom Landscaping

I have used Sweeney Landscaping for several years and they always do a great job. They work with me to understand what I want and then they get it done.

I Started using Sweeney’s last year and I am satisfied with their service. Have not had any issues and they respond to my email really quick. Great Prices & Great Service !

We worked with Sweeney’s to design and plant our new landscaping in the backyard. Tim and Tom were both wonderful to work with. They had great ideas and were very patient with the changes I wanted to see. The pricing was reasonable and the work was done on time.
We also used Sweeney’s last year for our lawn fertilizing and weed control. The work was thorough, the lawn looked good, and the prices were again reasonable. From my experience, the quality of work and service was much better than the large chain companies. Our lawn was green with very few weeds.
Communication has also been very easy. I have only contacted them via email and they have been very responsive. I also love the ability to do online invoices and billing!
We will be using Sweeney’s again this year and have recommended them to others. We will likely use them for more landscaping services in the future.

I have been a customer with Sweeney’s since 2010. They were referred to me by my daughter. Their work is pristine and fees are more than fair. They have maintained my lawn, trimmed and removed shrubs and assisted me in landscape design. Their professionalism is beyond compare, treating their customers as if they are family. I have referred them to family and friends and they will be hearing from me this spring… again!

I’ve been very happy with the lawn maintenance service we receive from Sweeney’s. The yard always looks neat and clean and they did a great job with the tree trimming I requested.
I was also really impressed with the company’s online presence and the ability to view contracts and make payments online. It makes things so easy!

Sweeney’s has been doing our twice-​monthly lawn care for going on three summers now. We also have them do the occasional odd landscaping job like edging, fertilizing, cleaning gutters and re-​mulching flower beds. They’ve always been very communicative, prompt with estimates and answers to questions and generally helpful. We’ll definitely continue to use their services and our lawn looks great!

Customer service is a joke! They are really nice until they get you to agree to the estimate, but then communication halts. Failed to confirm appointment or communicate time needed, etc. to make me feel comfortable with the plan of work. Did not return phone messages, emails were short and did not answer my specific questions, I.e. What time will they be there, seems like a pretty basic question to answer to me, but it wasn’t. Ended up canceling because I would rather pay more for someone who was more courteous and respectful of the customers home and time.

We were very disappointed in the quality of their work and customer service. Seemed like good people, but it just wasn’t there. Both our neighbors had ‘perfect’ fall clean ups, and our looks shabby.
