Horrible customer service and 4 hours of labor took the service department 8 business (18 total) DAYS to complete! We drove out of our way to go this Harley dealership and were told on the phone there was a military discount for service (we also have purchased products in the past from their retail area & had received a discount). When we finally got to pick up our bike they told us there was no discount and the older lady by the parts department was very rude and inconsiderate. We finally after waiting got the discount but was told we usually only get «punch cards» for military… you MIGHT want to educate your employees then instead of being rude to your customers. Needless to say we will not be going back!
