This store and corporate is a fraud. they deliver substandard fruit with horrible service. If you intend to Order from the corporate website remember the corporate site will not back up the satisfaction guaranteed promise but will give you nothing but a runaround. After they deliver defective stale fruit they require you to save it for them so that they can inspect it. so you send a fruit to aperson recovering from surgery and the morons at this store expect you to save the fruit so they can argue about the legitimacy of your claim. Do not spend your money on this outrageously overpriced fruit basket, they product is horrible and substandard and the service non existent.

I have a love-hate relationship with this place. I love the idea of the store. The thing is, the products are even more expensive than flowers are. That’s not right. It’s fruit that has been cut into a shape. My mother has a kit to do it herself. Furthermore, they are not equipped for volume. Obviously, Valentine’s Day is going to be a busy day. The day before(today) they would not make an arrangement and would not make one tomorrow either. That’s a good way to kill business. I am not inclined to frequent this establishment, but my wife enjoys these so I imagine I will step up on occasion to treat her.
