Purchased 4 new tires for my truck. They told me it would be about an hour and a half. I decided to wait and took a walk to Sears next door to kill some time. When I returned the job was finished, although the manager told me he had to show me something he took me to my truck and showed me a deep scratch on my rim that happened while removing 1 of the tires The Machine accidentally put a large scratch in my rim. They told me they were very sorry and that it was an accident. This can happen sometimes while removing a tire from the rim. They said they would send the rim out to be repaired and put the spare on temporarily. They told me when the rim came back I could check it and if I was not happy with the repair job they would replace the rim with a new one. I was very impressed with their honesty! I wish more businesses were like that. I will follow up on this review when the rim is returned from repair. Also I am very impressed with the Goodyear Silent Armor tires that I purchased. UPDATE: Goodyear called my wheel is back from repair. I inspected the rim… its perfect looks like new. Wheel back on my truck, i am on my way. 2 thumb’s up!
